Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 15, 2023 through August 21, 2023

August 15, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Jacob Meineker at the Johnson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Probation Violation. Bond is $15,000 cash only.

August 15, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 13 Highway in Collins for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Deputies assisted Missouri Highway Patrol.

August 16, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Ralph Circle Drive in Osceola for a report of an altered mental status. Subject was okay. Report taken.

August 16, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Christopher Munden at the St. Clair County Courthouse for a St. Clair County warrant for Driving While Revoked/Suspended. His bond is $7,500 cash surety.

August 16, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 460 Private Road in Osceola for stealing. Suspects wanted for questioning. Investigation ongoing.

August 17, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call in reference a walk-in at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office. Subject wanted to report his truck being stolen. Vehicle has been recovered in Polk County.

August 17, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Stephen Youmans at the Shawnee County Kansas Jail for a St. Clair County warrant for Tampering and Property Damage. He is held on a no bond warrant.

August 17, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East Concord Street in Appleton City for a check well-being. Subject was okay.

August 17, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Phillip Thornburg on eight warrants out of Bates County. Deputies did a county line transfer.

August 18, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 471 Road in Osceola for a report of property damage. Property that was damaged was a 2014 Black Dodge Ram. Report was taken.

August 18, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 301 Road in Lowry City for a report of property damage. Fence was damaged. Report was taken.

August 19, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 371 Road and J Highway for an abandoned vehicle. Vehicle was towed per Highway Patrol.

August 20, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Micky Kottwitz for Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd Offense.

August 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call from another agency requesting assistance. Report taken.

August 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call for a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office. Report was taken.

August 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Hancock in Lowry City for a report of animal neglect. Report taken and investigation is ongoing.
