Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of October 17, 2023 through October 23, 2023

October 17, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Justin Woolery at the St. Joesph Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs. Bond is $25,000 cash only.

October 17, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Beech Street in Appleton City for a report of theft. Items stolen were Woodsmen Club Coin and a Diamond Neckless with a Hatchet engraved.

October 18, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Goodrich Drive in Osceola for a medical. Juvenile was transported to Golden Valley.

October 18, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call from Osceola Police Department in regards to a found license plate at Crows Crossing boat ramp. Attempted contact with owner. Plate held for safe keeping.

October 19, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to the St. Clair County Courthouse for found property. Item found was a purse and is being held at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

October 19, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Cleveland Street in Lowry City for an uncontrollable juvenile. Deputies contacted the Juvenile Officer.

October 19, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 4th Street in Appleton City for a fight in progress. Person of interest were gone before deputies arrived. Victim was transported to Ellett Memorial by ambulance then flown to St Lukes Medical.  The victim was admitted to ICU with serious injuries.  Persons of interest have been identified and the investigation is on-going.  Anyone with information pertaining to this situation, is asked to call the St Clair County Sheriff’s Office @ 417 646-2565.

October 20, 2023- St Clair County deputies responded to West 4th Street in Appleton City for a burglary not in progress. Numerous items were stolen including 2 new deer stands, hunting clothes, and chrome air impacts. Investigation is ongoing.

October 21, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Shawn Bush on a Wright County warrant for Failure to Appear- Owner Operating Motor Vehicle Without Financial Responsibilty.

October 22, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Ashlynn Willis on a Clinton Police Department Warrant for Failure to Appear- Operating Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility and a Hickory County warrant for Failure to Appear- Failure to Register Motor Vehicle, Operating Motor Vehicle Owned By Another Knowing Owner Of Vehicle Has Not Maintained Financial Responsibility, and Equipment Violation.

October 22, 2023-St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest Highway YY in Osceola for a report of a structure fire. Shed was fully engulfed and vehicles next to shed caught fire. Report taken.

October 23, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Monica Boyd on (2) Macon County warrants Failure to Appear- Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 26 Mph Or More) and Failure to Appear-Viol Secs 307.179.2 (1), (2), Or (3) – Driver Fail To Secure Child < 8 Y/O In Child Restraint Or Booster Seat.

October 23, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a walk-in call regarding stealing on Southeast 374 Private Road in Osceola. Item stolen was an old 24-foot extension ladder. Report was taken.

October 23, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Savage Paden and Jennifer Sellhorn at the Taney County Jail on St. Clair County warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance. Each bond is $15,000 Cash Surety.

October 23, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Theresa Rodrigues at the Johnson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $10,000 cash only.

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of October 24, 2023 through October 30, 2023

October 24, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 175 Road in Osceola for a structure fire. Sac Osage Fire assisted and put the fire out. Report was taken and investigation is ongoing.

October 24, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call to assist another agency in Lowry City. Deputies assisted Juvenile Officer and Childrens Division.

October 25, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 2nd Street in Appleton City in regards to an assault. Deputies arrested Timonthy Loney and he is being charged with Domestic Assault-3rd Degree and Engangering the Welfare of a Child Creating Substantial Risk- 1st Degree- 1st Offense- No Sexual Conduct.

October 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Northwest 501 Road in Osceola. The stop resulted in the arrest of Amber Miner for Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-Prior Offense. She was transported to the St. Clair County Jail for a book and release.

October 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Northwest 650 Road in Osceola. The stop resulted in the arrest of Amber Miner for Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd Offense. Vehicle Amber was driving was towed and she was transported to the St. Clair County Jail for a second book and release.

October 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Amber Black at the Vernon County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Probation Violation- Passing a Bad Check. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

October 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 301 Road in Lowry City in reference to trespassing. Subject was advised that the owners did not want him back on the property.

October 26, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 1151 Road in Collins in regards to stolen property.  Items stolen were a grey Xbox One, blue Xbox controller, black Playstation 4, three Nintendo Switch Consoles (one with old school Nintendo characters on it), and a green Ruger American 22-250 caliber rifle. Investigation ongoing.

**Update** October 27, 2023- All the video game consoles, games, and controllers were located at Pawn Shop in Bolivar. Gun has not been located.

October 28, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 471 Road in Osceola regarding property damage. Grain dryer was damaged. Persons of interest are wanted for questioning.

October 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call in regards to threats at the Birdsong Conservation Area. Report was taken.

October 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Brandon McKittrick at Casey’s in Lowry City on a Probation and Parole warrant for Probation Violation- Possession of Controlled Substance. No bond warrant.

November 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Phillip Thornburg at the Bates County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $15,000 cash surety.

November 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 1001 Road in Osceola for a deceased subject. Next of kin was notified.

November 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Poplar Street in Appleton City for a hit and run accident.

November 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway B in Osceola for a burglary. Investigation is ongoing.

November 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Highway K in Osceola for a medical call. Female subject was transported to CMH in Bolivar.

November 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call from Southeast Highway J regarding trespassing on property. Information was taken.

November 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Garion Peoples at the St. Clair County Court House on two Platte County warrants and one St. Charles County warrant.

November 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway 82 in Osceola for a burglary. Several items were stolen.

November 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call to assist another agency.

November 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Pine St in Osceola for roadway debris. Report was forwarded to Osceola Police Department.

November 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 1085 Private Road in Osceola for a report of property damage.

November 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to B Street in Osceola for a report of a structure fire.

November 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast Highway 13 for a report of property found. Item found was a wallet. The wallet is being held at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office for safe keeping.

November 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to West 1st Street in Appleton City for a motor vehicle accident.  Deputies arrested Evan Ward and he is being held at the St. Clair County Jail with charges pending for Assault-1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Leaving the Scene of Accident-Property Damage Exceeding $1,000, and Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for a Felony.

November 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Sugar Maple Street in Roscoe in reference to threats.

November 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway C in Iconium for a report of a burglary. Items stolen were a portable washer, cabinets, and a roll of electrical wire.

November 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies conducted a traffic stop on 54 Highway for lane violations. Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted in the stop. Amanda Kirk and Alexander Trexell were arrested and transported to the St. Clair County Jail. Charges pending for Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

November 6, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 305 Private Road in Osceola for a report of a deceased person. Subject died of natural causes.

November 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 4th Street in Lowry City in regards to trespassing.  Suspect was notified not to return to the property.

November 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast C Highway in Osceola regards to property damage. Owners barb wire fence was cut. Owner did not want to press charges. Report was taken.

November 8, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Private Road in Lowry City for a structure fire.

November 8, 2023- St. Clair County deputies conducted a search warrant on Northeast 781 Rd in Lowry City.

November 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Levi Wiese at the Bates County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Assault- 1st Degree or Attempt. Bond is $25,000 cash only.

November 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 900 Road in El Dorado Springs for a report of a burglary. Report was taken.

November 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Private Road in Lowry City for a medical call. Subject died of natural causes.

November 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to West 4th Street in Appleton City for an uncontrollable juvenile. Juvenile Officer arrived on scene to assist with call. Report was taken and forwarded to the juvenile office.

November 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested George Jodon at the St. Clair County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Driving without Valid License and Failure to Wear Safety Device. Bond is $5000 cash surety and $10 cash only.

November 10, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South 13 Highway in Collins for a unresponsive person. Subject was transported to CMH in Bolivar.

November 10, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Blaine Street in Lowry City for a disturbance.  Report was taken.

November 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 300 Road in Osceola for trespassing. William Taylor was given a citation for trespassing.

November 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Truman Road in Osceola in regards to a domestic disturbance. Report was taken.

November 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 506 Road in El Dorado Springs for a call regarding harassment. Report was taken.

November 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Private Road in Lowry City for a call regarding a domestic disturbance. Report was taken.

November 11, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Truman Road in Osceola for an unsecured door. Residence was secured.

November 12, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Cedar Street in Osceola in regards to stolen property. Item stolen was a Tactacam Reveal Gen X 2.0 game camera.

November 12, 2023- St. Clair County responded to T Highway in Osceola for a unresponsive subject. Subject was pronounced deceased.

November 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call from another agency in reference to property damage. Investigation is ongoing.

November 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a call from Southeast W Highway in Blackjack regarding stolen property. Item stolen was a brown cabinet with arrowheads inside.

November 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 100 Road in Osceola for a structure fire. Sac Osage Fire assisted in putting the fire out.
