Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of November 28, 2023 through December 4, 2023

November 28, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 82 Highway in Osceola for a juvenile call. Juvenile refused to go to school. Juvenile was transported to school.

November 28, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Lakeland School for a juvenile with altered mental status. Juvenile was transported to Golden Valley for an evaluation.

November 28, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Joseph Wilson at Lafayette County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

November 28, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Lucas Street in Lowry City for possible drug activity. Report was taken.

November 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Main Street in Collins for a return call regarding a juvenile. Childrens Division was contacted and the information was hot lined.

November 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Christopher Neal at the Jackson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Failure to Appear- Moving Traffic Violation. Bond is $350 cash only.

November 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 655th Road in Vista for a report of trespassing.

November 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 200 Rd in Osceola for a report of an abandoned vehicle. Vehicle was reported stolen from Camden County. Owners of vehicle recovered the vehicle.

November 29, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 4th Street in Appleton City for a report of theft. Missouri license plate EJ7B5C was reported stolen and entered in Nationwide database.

November 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a walk in at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to threats. Report was taken.

December 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest AA Highway in Appleton City for a report of a deceased subject. Subject was pronounced deceased from natural causes.

December 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies received a walk in at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to a license plate being stolen.

December 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South 13 Highway in Lowry City for a report of littering. Home insulation was thrown inside a dumpster. Investigation is ongoing.

December 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to the St. Clair County Jail for a report of county property damage. Inmate destroyed a mattress and is being charged with Damage to Jail/Jail Property.

December 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Clifton Holt at the St. Clair County Jail on two St. Clair County warrants for Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded by 26mph or more) and Driving While Revoked/Suspended-1st Offense. Bond is $697 cash only.

December 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 6th Street in Appleton City for a domestic disturbance.  Subjects separated for the evening.

December 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 961 Road in Lowry City for a report of a juvenile ingesting drugs. Juvenile was checked out by medics. Incident was called in to Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect and juvenile referral was sent to Juvenile Office.

December 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East Burbank Street in Appleton City for a domestic disturbance. Report was taken.

December 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 961 Road in Lowry City for a subject no longer wanted on property.

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of December 5, 2023 through December 11, 2023

December 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 4th Street in Appleton City in regards to a license plate being found. Report was taken.

December 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 575 Road in Collins for a follow up call. Stefannie Lynch was arrested on an active probation and parole warrant.  Christopher Gerlt was arrested on an active probation and parole warrant. Information was taken on the follow up.

December 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 100 Road in Osceola for property damage. Padlocks were cut off of bathroom doors. Deputies arrested Mark King for trespassing. Mark is also being charged with Resisting/Interfering with Arrest, Detention, or Stop and Burglary-2nd Degree. Mark was also held on a Hickory County warrant for Probation Violation- Tampering with a Motor Vehicle-1st Degree and a Benton County warrant for Failure to Appear- Trespassing.

December 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to St. Clair County Courthouse for a warrant arrest. James Lysinger was arrested on a Clinton Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear- False Report.

December 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Missouri 13 in Lowry City for a report of dumping/littering. Subjects retrieved the items they dumped off.

December 7, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to 82 Highway and OO Highway in regards to a Carless and Imprudent vehicle. Amanda Price was arrested and charged with DWI-prior.

December 8, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Cedar Street in Osceola in regards to a stolen property.  Item stolen is a Remington 700. Report was taken.

December 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Gallinipper Boat Ramp in Osceola for a fight in progress. Individuals were stuck in the mud on corp property. Deputies arrested Johnathan Talbert on a Bolivar Police Department warrant on Failure to Appear-No Valid License.

December 9, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 1351 Road in Osceola for a check well-being. Juvenile was injured while at school and witnessed by teachers.

December 12, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to

December 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested James Davis at the Christian County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant. Warrant was verified to have been expunged. James was released from custody.

December 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Michael Allen at the Christian County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant. Warrant was withdrawn upon arriving at the St. Clair County Jail. Michael was released from custody.

December 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 901 Private Road in Collins for a report of a disturbance.  Subject was transported to Golden Valley Hospital for an evaluation.

December 13, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Angela Myers at the Greene County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.

December 14, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 901 Private Road in Collins for an animal complaint. Owner of the animals were contacted and animals were retrieved. Contact information was swapped between parties.

December 14, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested James Talley at the Jackson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $2,000 cash surety.

December 14, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to 1st and Mahan in Lowry City for a burglary. Items stolen are household items and clothing.  Investigation is ongoing.

December 16, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to a walk-in call at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to a dispute that happened. Reporting Party wanted an informational report done.

December 16, 2023- St. Clair County deputies assisted another agency regarding a runaway juvenile that was possibly in our county. Blue Springs Police Department requested our deputies check an address for juvenile. Juvenile was located and transported to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office to be picked up by parent.
