This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of January 30, 2024 through February 5, 2024

January 30, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a call at Appleton City School in regards to threats. Information was transferred to the Juvenile Office.

January 30, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 501 Road, Osceola, in regards to a burglary. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

January 30, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 506 Road, El Dorado Springs, for stealing. Items stolen were returned. Report was taken.

January 30, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Ryan Hart at the St. Clair County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Probation Violation- DWI. Bond is $1,000 cash surety.

January 30, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office to report items stolen. Report was taken.

January 30, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 6th Street, Lowry City, for a report of domestic disturbance. Suspect had left prior to deputies arriving on scene. Report was taken.

February 1, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to East 1st Street, Appleton City, for a report of fraud. Information was taken.

February 2, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Steven Davis on a Jasper County warrant for Stealing – Motor Vehicle/Watercraft/Aircraft. Bond is $3,500 cash surety or $500 cash only with special conditions.

February 2, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast HH Highway, Lowry City, in regards to stealing. Registration paperwork was reported stolen from the vehicle. Report was taken.

February 2, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Blaine Street, Lowry City, in regards to property damage. Report was taken.

February 3, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway 13, Osceola, in regards to items being stolen. Deputies made contact with the suspect and the items were returned to the reporting party.

February 4, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Austin Watkins at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on Clinton County warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device. Bond is $1,000 cash only.

February 4, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast Missouri 82, Osceola, for a report of found property. Item that was located was an Indiana license plate. Item was transported to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office for safekeeping.

February 4, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 601 Road, Appleton City, to assist another agency.  Deputies were conducting a person check. Information taken.

February 4, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest Pence Ave, Osceola, in regards to threats. Information was taken.

February 5, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a walk-in at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office in regards to a stolen vehicle. Vehicle was reported stolen and entered into the Nationwide Database.

February 5, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested James Landis at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a Dekalb County warrant for Non-Support. Bond is $1,500 cash only.

February 5, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 450 Road, Osceola, in regards to stolen property. Item stolen was a dirt bike not in running condition. Investigation is ongoing.

February 5, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Travis Knight at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a Clay County warrant for Non-Support. Bond is $435 cash only.

February 5, 2024- St. Clair County deputies conducted a traffic stop on North 13 Highway, Lowry City, for expired registration. The traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Sierra-Rose Jaques. She is being charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Use of Weapon-Possess Weapon and a Felony Controlled Substance.

February 6, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Michael Murray at the Booneville Department of Corrections on two St. Clair County warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $2,500 cash only.

February 6, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Monzella Christensen at the Henry County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies attempted a traffic stop on 82 Highway West Bound. Vehicle failed to yield, resulting in a pursuit. After a short pursuit, deputies used a Stinger spike strip to aid in bringing the vehicle to a stop. Driver fled on foot and was later apprehended with the assistance of highway patrol. Passenger remained in the vehicle and deputies took her into custody. Jack D Loos was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop by Fleeing, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dillion Ninneman was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Knowingly Deliver/Attempt to Deliver/Possess/Deposit or Conceal in or about County/Private Jail/Correctional Center Prohibited Personal Items.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a call from Southeast 356 Private Road, Osceola, for a report of a missing firearm. Item is a satin color Smith and Wesson.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office for a report of stealing. Item stolen is a 2020 2-axle single wheel trailer. Trailer was entered in the national database as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a call of an individual impersonating an officer. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office for a report of assault. Investigation is ongoing.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies were approached in the parking lot near the Sheriff’s Office in regards to a domestic disturbance.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Chase Robinson at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear-Operate Motor Vehicle without Valid Driver’s License.

February 7, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Amanda Leija in Lowry City on a Clinton Municipal warrant for Driving While Revoked or Suspended.

February 7, 2024-St. Clair County deputies responded to South Hancock Street, Lowry City, for a report of items being stolen. Items were an Echo chainsaw and a Stihl 024 chainsaw. Deputies were able to locate the chainsaws and return to the owner.

February 8, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested William Bryand at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (x5), Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $25,000 cash only.

February 9, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 575 Road, Collins, for a domestic assault. Investigation is ongoing.

February 9, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to a property on NN Highway, Lowry City, for a report of a stolen item. Item stolen was a tractor battery. Investigation is ongoing.

February 9, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 351 Private Road, Osceola, for a report of fraud. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

February 9, 2024- St. Clair County deputies conducted a traffic stop on 54 Highway, Collins, for equipment violation. Brendalee V. Nall was arrested for Operating Vehicle on Highway Without Valid License- 3rd and Subsequent Offense and Failure to Comply with Ignition Interlock Device Requirements.

February 10, 2024- St. Clair County deputies assisted another agency in Lowry City in reference to a juvenile. Deputies transported the juvenile to Golden Valley for a mental health evaluation.

February 11, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a call from Southeast 269 Private Road, Osceola, in regards to an assault that happened. Neither party wanted to press charges.

February 12, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 764 Road, El Dorado Springs, for a report of found property. Item found is a Smith & Wesson firearm and is being held at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office for safekeeping.

February 12, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Mihaela Luepean at the Shannon County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Stealing-$750 or more. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

February 12, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 50 Road, Osceola, for a report of stealing. Items stolen were a small red toolbox with one inch drive sockets and a small gray toolbox with miscellaneous sized wrenches. Investigation is ongoing.

February 12, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Taylor Street, Lowry City, in regards to a juvenile. Report was taken, hotline, and referral was sent to the Juvenile Office.
