Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

We were able to apprehend a fleeing subject within the first two weeks of having Textcaster available!

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of May 7, 2024 through May 13, 2024

May 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southbound 13 Highway for a careless and imprudent driver. Subject was transported to CMH for evaluation.

May 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Joseph Grigsby at the Hickory County Jail on two St. Clair County warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond is $15,000 cash surety and $10,000 cash only.

May 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for a lost/stolen dog. Information was taken. **Update: The dog returned home.

May 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 131 Road, Osceola, for a domestic disturbance. Michael Parker was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault-4th Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, and Stealing-$750 or More.

May 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast A Highway, Lowry City, for a report of stealing. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

May 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to 2815 Southwest 131 Road, Osceola, for a report of property damage. Windshield was damaged. Report taken and investigation is ongoing.

May 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Ashlie Pittman at the Jackson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Non-Support. Bond is $1,000 cash only,

May 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to C Street, Osceola, for a report of property damage. Report was taken.

May 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a search for a subject with a warrant. Jason Young was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for Harassment -1st Degree. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

May 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Walnut Street, Osceola, for a report of trespassing. Report was taken.

May 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to North Lucas Street, Lowry City, for a report of an uncontrollable juvenile. Report was taken and information was forwarded to the juvenile office.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop at A Highway and 13 Highway, Lowry City. Stop resulted in the arrest of Christopher Hon for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Walnut Street, Osceola, for a runaway juvenile. Juvenile was located. Report was taken and the juvenile was picked up by Juvenile Officers.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 82 Highway, Roscoe, for a check of well-being. Austin Parker was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South 14th Street, Collins, for a possible overdose. Subject was given two doses of Narcan by the family and refused medical treatment.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Benton Street, Osceola, for a report of harassment. Report was taken and information was shared with the Osceola Police Department.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to 54 Highway and Arrow Head RV Park, Collins, for an assault on a juvenile. Adam Jeffery was arrested for Domestic Assault.

May 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 601 Road, Osceola, for a domestic disturbance. Viviana Thomas was arrested for Domestic Assault-3rd Degree.

May 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northwest 1001 Road, Rockville, for a subject with an altered mental status. Report was taken.

May 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call in regards to a stolen vehicle and trailer from the Truman Lake Weaubleau Arm Bridge on 82 Highway. Trailer was recovered however the truck is still missing.

May 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 955 Private Road, Lowry City, for a domestic disturbance. Harry Latier was arrested for Domestic Assault- 4th Degree. Natasha Latier was arrested on a Henry County warrant for Failure or Appear-No Insurance. Natasha bond is $500 cash surety.

May 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a tip for a possible intoxicated subject driving. Deputies conducted a traffic stop. The stop resulted in the arrest of Elton Tillotson for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Revoked/Suspended.

May 13, 2024- St Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on UU Highway for a careless and imprudent driver. Jeremy Barnhart was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Revoked/Suspended.
