Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of July 30, 2024 through August 5, 2024

July 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Suzanne Bullock on a St. Clair County warrant for Burglary 2nd. Bond is $15,000 cash surety.

July 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a return call in regards to a stolen firearm. Firearm was described as a 357 Magnum Smith and Wesson Revolver.

July 31, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Terry Johnson at the Jackson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

July 31, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Chestnut Street, Osceola, for a disturbance. Parties were separated.

July 31, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to TT Highway, Osceola, for a report of a stolen vehicle. Vehicle stolen was a 1963 Chevy Nova. **Update- Vehicle was recovered**

July 31, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Mahan Street, Lowry City, for a report of an accident. Report was taken.

August 1, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 961 Road, Lowry City, concerning a subject with warrants. Jason Dixon was arrested on Clay County warrant for Probation Violation. Bond is $25,000 cash surety.

August 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call from another agency in regards to a stolen skid steer that pinged in our county. Deputies responded to TT Highway, Osceola, where they located the stolen skid steer.  Deputies recovered the skid steer and placed it in a secured lot waiting for owners to pick it up.

August 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northwest 1270 Road, Deepwater, for a report of property damage. Gate was removed from the hinges. Report taken and investigation is ongoing.

August 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northwest 301 Road, Lowry City, for a disturbance. Referral was sent to the Juvenile Office.

August 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to WW Highway, Osceola, for a disturbance. Report was taken. Subject was advised not to be back on property.

August 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to 13 Highway, Lowry City, for a report of a fraudulent use of a credit device. Report taken and investigation is ongoing.

August 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to 13 Highway, Lowry City, for a report of theft. Dominick Thompson was arrested and is being charged with Stealing.

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 6, 2024 through August 12, 2024

August 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies were offering motorist assist in Lowry City when registration was invalid on the vehicle. Stop resulted in the arrest of Michael Fritchey on outstanding warrants. He was transported to St. Clair County Jail.

August 7, 2024-St. Clair County Deputies arrested Janie Tindall on a St. Clair County warrant for Burglary-2nd Degree and Stealing. Bond is $15,000 cash surety.

August 7, 2024-St. Clair County Deputies arrested John Petty  at the St. Clair County Courthouse on two Bates County warrants. John Petty was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

August 7, 2024-St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northwest 576 Road, Lowry City, for a report of a structure fire.

August 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 82 Highway, El Dorado Springs, for an ex-parte violation. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

August 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to 13 Highway, Lowry City, for a domestic assault. Investigation is ongoing.

August 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 82 Highway, El Dorado Springs, for an ex-parte violation and property damage. Investigation is ongoing.

August 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Hailman Road, Osceola, for a report of property damage. Report was taken.

August 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested John Koger at the El Dorado Springs Police Department on a St. Clair County warrant for Harassment-1st Degree and Violation of Order of Protection. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

August 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Aushulinia Vessey at the Vernon County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Revoked/Suspended-1st Offense. Bond is $15,000 cash only.

August 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Truman Road, Osceola, for a domestic assault. Deputies assisted the Osceola Police Department in the arrest of Robert Lindsey and Holly Lindsey for charges of Domestic Assault.

August 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 6th Street, Appleton City, for a disturbance. Parties separated for the evening.

August 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to K Highway, Osceola, for a warrant arrest. Tricia Cochran was arrested on Contempt of Court. Bond is $10,000 cash only.

August 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 900 Road, Collins, for an altered mental status. Report was taken and information was given to the subject regarding mental health options.

August 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast B Highway, Osceola, for a report of theft. Information was taken.
