Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 13, 2024 through August 19, 2024
August 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call in regards to a subject possibly missing. Subject returned home safe.
August 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office regarding a juvenile. Juvenile referral was sent to the juvenile office.
August 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest K Highway, Osceola, for a deceased subject. Coroner took possession of the body.
August 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies served James Rottluff his warrant for Probation Violation-Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the St. Clair County Jail. Bond is $15,000 cash only.
August 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Highway 13, Osceola, for a subject with an active warrant. Christopher Mitchell was arrested on Dade County warrant for Harassment-1st Degree and pending charges with St. Clair County for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
August 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Austin Parker at the Blue Springs Police Department on a St. Clair County warrant for DWI. Bond is $1,000 cash/surety.
August 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 951 Road, Collins, for a juvenile with an altered mental status. Juvenile was transported to hospital by ambulance. Report was forwarded to the Juvenile Office.
August 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for service at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office regarding drug activity. Evidence and information were taken.
August 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call for service at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office regarding a domestic assault. Investigation is ongoing.
August 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to B Highway and M Highway, Osceola, for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Report was taken.
August 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Hendricks Street, Lowry City, for a nuisance. Report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
August 17, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 13 Highway, Collins for a call regarding tampering with property of another. Lance Maggard was arrested and charged with Tampering with Motor Vehicle-2nd Degree.
August 18, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 651 Road, Osceola, for stealing. Items stolen political signs. Investigation is ongoing.
August 19, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northbound 13 Highway, Osceola, for a motorist assist.

August 20, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 4th Street, Appleton City, for a report of an assault. Information was taken and given to the Appleton City Police Department for further investigation.
August 20, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies assisted another agency on a traffic stop on 13 Highway.
August 22, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast W Highway, Stockton, for a report of a runaway juvenile. **Update** Juvenile was located and information has been sent to the Juvenile Office.
August 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Jeremiah Lowe at the St. Joseph Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant for Harassment-1st Degree. No Bond.
August 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Kirk Rios at the St. Joseph Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant for Failure to Appear-Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. No bond.
August 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 364 Road, Osceola, for a domestic disturbance. Report was taken.
August 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest H Highway, Schell City, for a report of trespassing.
August 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Holly Street, Appleton City, for a report of property damage. Information was taken and transferred to Appleton City Police Department.
August 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1051 Private Road, Lowry City, for a report of property damage. Report was taken.
August 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast WW Highway, Osceola, for a report of a deceased subject. Subject was pronounced deceased and released to the coroner.
August 25, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1000 Road, Lowry City, for a report of a burglary. Multiple tools were taken. Investigation is ongoing.
August 25, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Northbound 13 Highway, Osceola, for exceeding the posted speed limit. Bernard McDonald was arrested on a Greene County warrant and a Cass County warrant.
August 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Talley Bend Boat Ramp, Lowry City, for property damage. Information was forwarded to another agency.
August 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested John Koger at the El Dorado Springs Police Department on three St. Clair County warrants for Harassment-1st Degree, bond is $20,000 cash surety and two Violation of Order of Protection for Adult, bond is $5,000 cash surety each. Total bond is $30,000 cash surety.
August 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Appleton City Park, Appleton City, for a report of property damage by a juvenile. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.
