Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of July 22nd through July 28th, 2025 , 2025.
July 22nd – Misdemeanor Arrest (Driving While Intoxicated) – On July 22nd, a St. Clair County Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle, on Southbound 13 Highway, for multiple lane violations. The deputy made contact with the driver and identified him as Randall McCain. During the stop, it was determined that Randall was under the influence of alcohol, and was placed under arrest. Randall McCain was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be booked and released pending formal charges.
July 22nd – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On July 22nd, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Dakota Jeanneson on a St. Clair County Warrant at the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center. The warrant was for a Probation Violation with original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia . Dakota was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $15,000 cash/surety.
July 22nd – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On July 22nd, a St. Clair County Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle at the Port Gas Station in Osceola for a license plate violation. The deputy made contact with the driver and passengers, and during the investigation, it was discovered that two of the passengers had outstanding warrants. Joseph Arreola was arrested on a St. Clair County Warrant with charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond of $10,000 cash/surety. Kyten Robinson was arrested on a St. Clair County Warrant with charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond of $20,000 cash/surety. Joseph and Kyten were transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be held on their respective warrants.
July 26th – Warrant Arrest (Passing Bad Checks) – On July 26th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Michael Durrossette on a St. Clair County Warrant at the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center. The warrant was for a Probation Violation with an original charge of Passing Bad Checks. Michael was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
July 26th – Stealing in Collins – On July 26th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to the Pilot Gas Station in Collins, in reference to a reported larceny. Upon arrival, the deputy was given information that at approximately 10 am, a white male with a White Chevy S10 Pickup was loading up orange totes into the back of his truck. A suspect was identified, and during the investigation, it was determined that Jay Quinn was the one committing the theft. Jay Quinn was arrested for Stealing – Value Less Than $150 and No Prior Stealing Offense. Jay was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be held pending formal charges.
July 28th – Warrant Arrest (Sexual Misconduct) – On July 28th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Ashton Riley at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County Warrant charging him with two counts of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child Less Than 15 Years Old. Ashton was escorted back to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $15,000 cash only.
