Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 19th through August 25th, 2025.
August 20th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On August 20th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Michael Fritchey at Boonville DOC on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant had an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Michael was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
August 20th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On August 20th, St. Clair County Deputy responded to NE 1271 Road in rural Osceola, in an attempt to make a warrant arrest. Upon arrival, the deputies met with the female suspect, and arrested Rachael Wheatley on a St. Clair County Warrant, and a Cass County Warrant. The St. Clair County warrant charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond set at $15,000 cash only. The Cass County Warrant charged her with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, with no bond being set. Rachael was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be held on the two warrants.
August 22nd – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On August 22nd, a St. Clair County Deputies responded to Pence Avenue in Roscoe in reference to a warrant arrest attempt. Upon arrival, the deputies met with the female suspect, and arrested Misty Clark on two warrants. The first warrant was out of Bates County with a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid with a $10,000 cash or surety bond set.. The second warrant was out of Cass County and charged her with Amphetamine – Possess Controlled Substance with a bond set at $5,000 cash or surety. Misty was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be held on two warrants.
August 24th – Burglary in Lowry City – On August 24th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to West 4th Street in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the reporting party who said that on August 13th, her property had been broken into and damaged. The items noted to be missing were an American Flag in a case, several packs of Decade brand Cigarettes, keys to a blue Chevy Pickup, and keys to a Rockwood Camper. The deputy collected evidence and filed a report. This investigation is ongoing.
August 25th – Misdemeanor Arrest (Trespassing) – On August 25th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to East 7th Street in Lowry City, in reference to someone trespassing. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the reporting party who stated that the male suspect had been given a formal notice to not return to the facility, and had returned. After an investigation, Gregory Lee was arrested for Trespassing – 2nd Degree, and Harassment – 2nd Degree. Gregory was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be booked and released pending formal charges.

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of August 26th through September 1st, 2025.
August 26th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On August 26th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Justin Woods at Fulton DOC on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant had an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Justin was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Saturday, August 30th – Stabbing Lowry City – St. Clair County Deputies along with a CMH Ambulance responded to Lowry City in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, the medics treated a female victim with a wound in her neck, and a male victim with a wound in his forearm. The victims reported that they were giving a ride to a male suspect and had to pull over to change drivers. The victims reported that the suspect became paranoid and stabbed them both, before the victims were able to flee in the car. A preliminary investigation of the vehicle resulted in a large quantity of blood being found inside and outside of the vehicle.
During the investigation, a St. Clair County Deputy was able to locate the suspect, Christopher Voss, in the Lowry City area, and was able to take him into custody without incident. After he was treated at Ellett Memorial Hospital for a wound to his hand, the deputies transported him to the St. Clair County Jail pending formal charges.
A Probable Cause Statement was forwarded to the St. Clair County Prosecuting Attorney. The St. Clair County Associate Court issued a No Bond Warrant for Ronald Christopher Voss, charging him with two counts of Assault – 1st Degree or Attempt – Serious Physical Injury or Special Victim, and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.
August 31st – Property Damage in Rural Humansville – On August 31st, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a walk in report of property damage. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the property owner who stated that on August 27th, two trespassers had set one of her properties on fire, and moved the screen door to a nearby bush before doing so. The property owner also reported that on August 30th, cameras on the property had detected two trespassers returning to take the screen door. The deputy collected evidence and filed a report. This investigation is still ongoing.
September 1st – Stolen Vehicle from Osceola – On September 1st, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to Crow’s Crossing in Osceola, in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the reporting party who said that earlier in the day, someone had stolen his 2000 Red Chevrolet Pickup and a 2016 Karavan 20’ long boat trailer. The deputy canvassed the area, collected evidence, and filed a report.
On October 2nd, St. Clair County Deputies received information that the stolen vehicle was found in Grandview, Missouri.
