This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of October 7th through October 13th, 2025.
October 9th – Warrant Arrest (Failure to Register) – On October 9th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Frankie Wood at the Henry County Jail on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant charged Frankie with a charge of Fail to Register as a Sex Offender Pursuant to 589.400-425. Frankie was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $15,000 cash only.
October 9th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On October 9th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Rachael Wheatley at the Cass County Jail on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant charged Rachael with a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rachael was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and no bond was set.
October 12th – Warrant Arrest (Failure to Appear) – On October 12th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to SE 1151 Road in reference to a potentially stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the reporting party, and during the investigation, it was determined that a male subject present had an extraditable warrant. Rylan Curtis was arrested on a Wright County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear – Driving Under the Influence. Rylan was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $250 cash only.
October 13th – Warrant Arrest (Driving While Revoked) – On October 12th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Kevin Bowling at the Howell County Jail on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant charged Kevin with Driving While Suspended/Revoked. Kevin was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Arrests and Reports
Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of October 14th through October 20th, 2025.
October 14th – Stealing in Rural El Dorado Springs – On October 14th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to a call for service in reference to theft. The deputy made contact with the reporting party, who stated that at sometime between the previous night and October 14th, a license plate was stolen from his 2021 14’ Enclosed Trailer. The deputy collected more information and filed a report. This investigation is ongoing.
October 14th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On October 14th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to A Highway in reference to a subject with a warrant. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with St. Clair County Communications and confirmed the warrant. Lillian Wood was arrested on a Henry County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear – Failure to Register Motor Vehicle. Lillian was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $100.
October 14th – Misdemeanor Arrest (Tampering with Motor Vehicle/DWI) – On October 14th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to SW Highway 82 in reference to an intoxicated driver. Upon arrival, the deputy located the vehicle and performed an investigative stop. During the investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle was stolen, and that the driver was intoxicated. Eric Carter was arrested for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Intoxicated. Eric was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be held on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
On October 15th, a warrant came down for Eric from the St. Clair County Courthouse and charged him formally with DWI, and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Eric was currently held at the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
October 15th – Warrant Arrest (Probation Violation) – On October 15th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Amanda Dunkle at the Benton County Jail on a St. Clair County Jail. The warrant charged Amanda with Probation Violation, with original charges of two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance and a charge of Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Amanda was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
October 17th – Warrant Arrest (Driving While Revoked) – On October 17th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Kevin Bartalos at the Jackson County Jail on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant charged Kevin with Probation Violation, with an original charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended. Kevin was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
October 17th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On October 17th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Jimmie Chrissman at his residence in Osceola on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant charged Kevin with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Jimmie was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
October 19th – Stealing in Roscoe – On October 19th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to a call for service in Roscoe, in reference to a stolen trailer. The deputy made contact with the reporting party, who stated that his 10 to 12 foot utility trailer with a folding ramp was stolen from his property. The value of the stolen trailer was estimated at $1,200. The deputy collected evidence, a suspect was named and the deputy filed a report. This investigation is ongoing.
