Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of November 4th through November 10th, 2025.

November 4th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On November 4th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to NE 175 Road in Osceola for a warrant arrest attempt. Brandon McKittrick was arrested on a St. Clair County Warrant charging him with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brandon was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.

November 4th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs) – On November 4th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to SE 400 Road in Collins for a warrant arrest attempt. Mickey Jones was arrested on a St. Clair County Warrant charging him with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mickey was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety.

November 5th – Misdemeanor Arrest (Trespassing) – On November 5th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to SE 1131 Road in Collins in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the reporting party who stated that someone had been on her property without permission. During the investigation, a vehicle was identified and an investigative stop was performed resulting in the arrest of Donald Pratt for the charge of Trespassing – 2nd Degree. Donald was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be booked and released pending formal charges.

November 5th – Property Damage in Osceola – On November 6th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to SE 401 Private Road in rural Osceola in reference to property damage. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the property owner who reported that someone had poured an unknown liquid into his truck’s fuel tank, and punctured a tire of another vehicle on his property. A suspect was named and the estimated cost of repairs was given as $7,101.33. This investigation is ongoing.

November 6th – Warrant Arrest (Harassment) – On November 6th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to the St. Clair County Courthouse for a Warrant Arrest. Robert Lahue was arrested on a Cass County Warrant charging him with Harassment – 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief. Mickey was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $500 cash only.

November 7th – Misdemeanor Arrest (DWI) – On November 7th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to NE 175 Road in reference to someone driving into a light pole. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the Sac Osage Fire Chief who reported that while responding to the damaged light pole, he located the vehicle nearby that had struck it. The deputy spoke with the occupants of the vehicle, and during the investigation, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated. Clayton Swofford was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be booked and released pending formal charges.

November 10th – Felony Arrest (Domestic Assault) – On November 10th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to NE 175 Road in reference to someone driving into a light pole. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the Sac Osage Fire Chief who reported that while responding to the damaged light pole, he located the vehicle nearby that had struck it. The deputy spoke with the occupants of the vehicle, and during the investigation, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated. Clayton Swofford was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be booked and released pending formal charges.

Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of November 11th through November 17th, 2025.

November 11th – Warrant Arrest (Failure to Appear) – On November 11th, a St. Clair County Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 300 block of Highway 13, in reference to a traffic violation. After making contact with the driver, it was determined that he had an extraditable warrant. John Julian was arrested on a Lowry City Municipal Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear – Failure to Register Motor Vehicle. John was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $100.00 cash only.

November 12th – Burglary in Appleton City – On November 12th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to Northwest Highway M in Appleton City in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the property owner, who stated that individuals had broken into his garage and removed several tools, lightbars, and other vehicle parts. The estimated value of the stolen items was given at $4,010, and suspects were named. This investigation is ongoing.

November 14th – Warrant Arrest (Dangerous Drugs)- On November 14th, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Justin Woods at the Greene County Jail on a St. Clair County Warrant. The warrant charged John with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and had a bond of $25,000 cash only. John was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be held on the aforementioned bond.

November 15th -Misdemeanor Arrest (DWI)- On November 15th, a St. Clair County Deputy responded to Hickory Street in Appleton City in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the reporting party who said that a male suspect had been involved in the disturbance and drove away under the influence of alcohol. The deputy located the male suspect and it was determined that Ryan Harlow was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Ryan was arrested for DWI – Prior, and was transported to the St. Clair County Jail to be booked and released pending formal charges.
