May 24 – Davy Bardwell Jr, 33, Osceola, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him several counts. Bardwell charged with class C felony tampering with  motor vehicle-first degree, class D felony resisting arrest by fleeing, unclassified misdemeanor operating vehicle on highway without a valid license-second offense, infraction of  failing to wear protective  headgear when on motorcycle in motion, class A misdemeanor failing to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding siren and displaying red/blue light, class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and class C misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner-involving an accident. Bond set at $20,000 cash or surety.

Warrant issued Nov. 24, 2015. Charges stem from Osceola Police Department investigation on Sept 21, 2015.

May 25 – Deputy arrested Crystal Kirk, 24, Collins, on three Polk County warrants with no bond. Warrants charged Kirk with probation violations on two original charges of class C felony distribution, delivery, manufacture a controlled substance and a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Warrants issued May 24.

Deputy arrested Kristopher Keeney, 24, Florissant, on Lowry City warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on original charge of exceeding the posted speed limit by 11-15 miles per hour. Bond set at $200 cash only.

Warrant issued Nov. 24, 2015, and stems from a Lowry City Police Department investigation Aug. 16, 2015.

May 26 – Kenneth Collins Sr., 57, Osceola, -arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony domestic assault-second degree and class C felony endangering the welfare of child first degree. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation Jan 18 when deputies responded to a domestic in progress on NW 101 Rd. It was reported Collins allegedly placed a juvenile in a headlock and struck the child in the head and back with a hammer. When the mother of the victim tried to remove the child and the child’s sibling from the residence in her vehicle, Collins allegedly blocked them with his truck while in the driveway.

During incident Collins allegedly backed his truck into the front of the mother’s vehicle with the mother and her two minor children inside the vehicle.  Force of the impact was enough to break the bumper cover, shroud and grill.

Michael Parmalee, 36, Lowry City, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with an unclassified misdemeanor of driving while revoked second or subsequent. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety.

Charge stems from investigation on Feb. 24 when St. Clair County deputy made traffic stop at intersection of Fourth Street and Hancock Street, Lowry City, for careless driving. Contact made with Parmalee, who was driving the vehicle and check revealed his driver’s license revoked.

Deputy took report of attempted vehicle theft on Eagle Pass in Twin Oaks Harbor. Kelly Pace reported the steering column on her 1994 Chevrolet truck was tampered with.

May 27 – Ashley Mitchell, 25, Montrose, arrested on two St. Clair County warrants charging her with probation violations on original class C felony charges of possessing a controlled substance. Total bond set at $10,000 cash only.  Warrant issued April 1.

One of the original charges stems from investigation July 2013 at residence on NW 801 Rd. During investigation St. Clair County Sheriff’s office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force found Mitchell to be in possession of two glass pipes that contained a white powder that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

The other original charge stems from investigation September 2014 when St. Clair County deputy assisted Appleton City Police Department with a call regarding  alleged assault that occurred near Appleton City. Contact was made with Mitchell in the parking lot of Dollar General, Appleton City. During investigation, Mitchell was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Deputy took stealing report on SE 700 Rd. Steve Paxman reported a Toro pressure washer missing from his sawmill. Valueestimated at $300.

May 28 – Deputy took burglary report on SW Hwy 82. Thelma Palmer reported two large pipe wrenches missing from shed on her property.

May 29 – Jennifer Garrett, 30, Appleton City, arrested on West 2nd Street, Appleton City, on a warrant from El Dorado Springs Police Department charging her with nonpayment of fines. Bond  set at $427 cash or surety.

May 30 – Bud Eaton, 33, Osceola,  arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor assault third degree. Bond set at $5,000 cash or surety. Warrant issued April 28 and stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation March 29.
