Nov. 16 – St. Clair County warrant was issued for Skyla Carroll, 28, Osceola, for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of assault-third degree. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety.

The original charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on March 12 when deputies took an assault report at a residence on NE CC Hwy. The investigation discovered Carroll struck two male individuals with a closed fist.

Nov. 19 – a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report on NE 1021 Road. Richard Strahle reported a Mossberg 500 shotgun missing from his residence. The shotgun was described as short barrel with a black pistol grip in a tan canvas holster.

St. Clair County deputy took a theft report from Franz Buddenberg. He reported an outside wood furnace was missing from property on NE 401 Road, Osceola. The wood furnace was described as a Taylor T-450 and the valued was estimated at $7,000.
