Nov 22 – Nathan Roscoe, 33, Independence, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court or pay fines on an original misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked and an ordinance violation for speeding. Total bond set at $1,791.50 cash only. The charges stem from an Osceola Police Department investigation in August 2015.

Nov 27 – William Harper, 56, Osceola, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class B felony producing a controlled substance. Bond set at $20,000 cash or surety.

Charge stems from incident  Sept. 6, 2015, when St. Clair County Sheriff’s office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force conducted an investigation at Harper’s residence on NE 1361 Private. Road, Osceola. During the investigation several items of paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana located in the residence. Three four-foot tall marijuana plants in buckets were located outside the residence.

Skyla Carroll, 28, Osceola, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of assault-third degree. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety.

Original charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation March 12 when deputies took assault report at a residence on NE CC Hwy. Investigation discovered Carroll struck two male individuals with a closed fist. 

Nov. 28 – Samantha Taylor, 29, Springfield, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for misdemeanor probation violation on two original counts of class A misdemeanor domestic assault-third degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety. Taylor was also arrested on a Clinton Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on an original misdemeanor charge of no insurance. Bond on that charge  set at $249.50 cash only.

Original St. Clair County charges stem from an incident Jan. 30 when a St Clair County deputy responded to a call of a female making threats to another individual at an apartment on South Mahan Street, Lowry City. During the investigation it was discovered Taylor entered a residence, uninvited, of another individual placing them in apprehension of immediate physical injury. Taylor allegedly pushed her way through another family member and threatened to cut the throat of the individual.

Nov 29 – Deputy took  burglary report on SW H Hwy, Schell City. Kris Marshall reported her camper and garage were broke into. Unknown brand 19-inch television reported missing.

St. Clair County warrant  issued for Terry Sieleman, 38, Appleton City, charging him with failing to appear in court on original class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $10,000 cash only. Original charge stems from Appleton City Police Department investigation October 2013

Patrick Brewer Jr., 33, Marshall, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from  St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation May 2, when St. Clair County deputy conducted traffic stop on vehicle Brewer was a passenger in near Collins. During investigation substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine located and the driver arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Investigation continued when a black bag with multiple items of paraphernalia, controlled substances and work name tag with Brewer’s name on it was later located. It was learned the driver and Brewer both had several items in the black bag and he threw the bag out of the car when the patrol car was approaching them in Collins.

Nov 30 – Deputy took property damage report at sheriff’s office regarding incident on NE 1100 Rd. Arlynn Tucker reported he noticed a small caliber bullet hole on the driver’s side door of his 1998 Chevrolet S-10. No estimate of damage  reported.

Dec 1 – James Moore, 26, Milo, arrested in St. Clair County on a Bates County warrant for failing to appear in court
