Dec 2 – Kyle Breshear, 19, Kansas City, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond set at $500 cash only. Original charge stems from  Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation January 2016.

Bobby Rhodes, 36, Osceola, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non support. Bond set at $1,000 cash only.

Dec 3 – Deputy took report on SE 1000 Rd, in reference to stolen vehicle. Charlene Mulloy reported an individual borrowed her 2007 Ford Edge Dec. 2 and was suppose to return the next morning and did not. Later on Dec. 3, a deputy was contacted by the Cedar County Sheriff’s office the vehicle recovered on South 351 Rd.

Deputy took report in reference to individual trespassing, stealing, and causing damage to property owned by Wendell Kaiser on SE T Hwy. Nathan Doll, a great-nephew of Kaiser and care taker of the property, reported someone damaged a gate and took it off the hinges. He reported several items missing from the property including a Honda motorcycle, metal wagon axle with wheels, and two RV batteries. Total value of the items estimated at $1,250. Doll reported horses have been on the property and are not supposed to be.

Deputy took report regarding property damage. Doug Williams reported damage to a tire on his truck due to nails in the road on NE 151 Rd. Williams noted recent charges on an individual regarding the incidents. He stated the repair was $12

Dec 4 – Deputy took report in reference to stolen firearms. Donald Sellers reported a Ruger 9mm handgun and a Winchester 30-30 rifle missing from inside his residence on NE 501 Rd.

Dec 5 – Deputies responded to B Hwy near NE 251 Rd,, in reference to a disturbance. Deputies made contact with a male subject who admitted to being under the influence of a controlled substance. It was learned the subject attempted to board a Osceola Public School bus with children on it. He believed individuals were chasing him and was looking for safety. Emergency medical services were called to the scene and later transported the man to an area hospital. No criminal charges are being sought at this time in connection with the incident.

Suzanne Bullock, 47, Osceola, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety

Charge stems from  St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation Aug. 31, when deputies responded to residence on Hwy WW, Osceola regarding Bullock not being allowed on property. During investigation marijuana was found in her possession.

Dec 6 – Monishia Brown, 20, Springfield, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on two class C felony forgery charges and a class C felony charge of tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety. Charges stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation July 2015.

Dec 7 – St. Clair County warrant  issued for Micheal Hall, 26, Deepwater, charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from Lowry City Police Department investigation Aug. 31.

St. Clair County warrant was issued for Delbert Gould, 31, Osceola, charging him with failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while revoked, no insurance and displaying the plates of another. Bond set at $500 cash or surety.

Charges stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation on Sept. 21 when Gould was observed driving a vehicle in Osceola. Traffic stop conducted and it was discovered Gould did not have a valid license and the license plates on the vehicle were registered to another vehicle. He was unable to provide any insurance information.

Another warrant was issued for Gould the same day charging him with failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond on these charges set at $5,000 cash only. Charges stem from Osceola Police Department investigation Aug. 8.
