June 7 –  Deputy took burglary report on NE 491 Private Rd. Joshua Ash reported numerous items missing from residence, included clothes dryer, 60 to 80 DVDs, 10” Kicker subwoofer, several dresses,  safe, and turquoise belt buckle. Value of  items  estimated at $600.

June 9 – Deputy took stealing report from John Bowen. He reported cell phone stolen from his mailbox located on TT Hwy June 5. Bowen described phone as an LG flip style cell phone.

Rebecca Callahan, 24, Camdenton, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Charge stems from investigation on SE 401 Rd. During  investigation St. Clair County Sheriff’s office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force found a glass pipe with white powder located in a trailer Callahan was residing in. Powder field tested positive for methamphetamine.

June 10 – Jason Brewer, 31, Webb City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with probation violation on original class C felony charge of receiving stolen property. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from  incident Aug. 27, 2014, when Brewer sold jewelry that was reported as some of the items taken during a burglary in Hickory County.

June 11 – Deputy took report on Four Winds Drive in Twin Oaks Harbor, in reference to someone breaking into shed and tampering with neighbor’s camper trailer. Jerry Butler reported window was open on his shed. He noted nothing appeared to be missing, but items appeared to be moved. Butler stated he observed door on his neighbor’s trailer standing open.

Jesse Sprinkle, 26, Joplin,  arrested in Roscoe on Clinton Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charge of no insurance. Bond set at $250 cash or surety.

June 12 – Deputy took property damage complaint on Main Street, Lowry City. Michael Roberts reported damage to door and a broken window.

June 13 – Jason Hale, 41, Garden City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for probation violation on class C felony charges of possessing a controlled substance and possessing chemicals with intent to manufacture. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

June 14 – Deputy took stealing report on Goodrich Drive Osceola.

Kenneth Skrok reported his wallet stolen from residence. Value of wallet estimated at $25. Information turned over to  Osceola Police Department for investigation.

June 15 – Paul Ross, 50, Bolivar, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on  class A misdemeanor of stalking-first offense. Bond set at $2,531.50 cash only.

Original charge stems from investigation started Aug. 4, 2014, when deputy responded to Roscoe in reference to complaint from 16 year-old juvenile female of a man following her from Casey’s gas station in Osceola. Juvenile stated man, later identified as, Ross, allegedly approached her while she was getting gas and made conversation about her vehicle. Juvenile advised Ross made her very uncomfortable.  Ross then allegedly made comments about the juvenile being “cute.”  Juvenile immediately left  gas station.  Ross allegedly followed juvenile approximately 12 miles.  After losing Ross,  juvenile went to family member’s home and called sheriff’s office. During investigation, it was learned five additional young female victims were approached and followed by Ross.

June 16 – Cathie Teegarden, 64, Lowry City, arrested by Lowry City Police Department on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class D felony unlawful use of a weapon-carrying concealed and  class B misdemeanor of trespass-first degree. Bond iset at $10,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from incident May 27 when St. Clair County deputies responded to residence on NW 526 Rd, in reference to Teegarden refusing to leave residence. During investigation Teegarden found to have a handgun in her purse and she was in intoxicated condition.
