June 23 – Michael Parmalee, 36, Lowry City, arrested by Lowry City Police Department on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on an unclassified misdemeanor of driving while revoked second or subsequent. Bond set at $3,500 cash or surety.

Original charge stems from  investigation Feb. 24 when a St. Clair County deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of Fourth Street and Hancock Street, for careless driving. Contact made with Parmalee, who was driving the vehicle and a check revealed his driver’s license revoked.

June 24 – Gary Higgins, 51, Independence, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for probation violation on an original class D felony charge of driving while revoked. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Warrant issued in October 2015 and stems from an original incident in February 2013.

Jesse Schellhamer, 36, Rockville, arrested on a Vernon County warrant for failing to appear in court on original misdemeanor charge of passing bad check. Bond set at $425 cash only. Warrant issued  January 2012.

Deputy took burglary report on NE 777 Rd. Norma Taylor reported someone broke into her brother’s residence and it appeared many of the cabinet doors and drawers throughout the house had been opened and gone through.  Missing items included two gold pocket watches and a watchman’s watch and two airplane log books.

June 25 – Roger Dutcher, 42, El Dorado Springs, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him four unclassified felony charges, statutory rape-fist degree-sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years-old, attempted statutory rape-first degree-attempt sexual intercourse with another person under 14 years-old and two counts of statutory sodomy-first degree-deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years-old. Total bond set at $100,000 cash only.

Warrant issued June 17 and charges stem from El Dorado Springs Police Department investigation that started in May 2015 of an incident that allegedly occurred in Appleton City on October 1, 2010.

Deputy took burglary report in Twin Oaks Harbor.  Raymond Smith reported someone had entered three campers sitting on his property. Smith said items are missing and power cords from the meter running to the trailers were cut. Several items were reported missing including two small air conditioning window units,  14-inch Magnavox flat screen television,  110 volt Miller stick welder, green and black Poulan brand chainsaw with a 14 inch bar, 20-30 random DVDs and approximately 15 feet of power cord. Estimated value of items totaled $500.

Deputy took report in Ninnescah Park on NE 885 PVT Rd. Greg Ford reported his fence cut and a black 5×8 tilt trailer missing from his property. Ford said the trailer had a wood floor and 2×8 treated lumber on the front, sides and tailgate.

June 26 – Deputy took burglary report at residence at the intersection of SW 1371 Rd and SW 500 Rd. Clarence Hillsman reported someone broke in a residence and stole an estimated 100-200 pounds of frozen meat from a freezer. Value of meat  estimated at $500.

June 27 – Krista Itzen, 26, Osceola, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class D felony resisting arrest. Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Charge stems from incident  June 2 when Itzen was being taken into custody on a felony probation and parole warrant. During  incident, Itzen fled from deputies. As she was apprehended Itzen began fighting and swinging her arms trying to get away.

June 28 – St. Clair County warrant ssued for Jeffery L. Davis, 44, Buffalo, charging him with class D felony non support. Bondset at $1,500 cash only.

June 30 – Deputy took burglary report on NW 601 Rd. Charles Morlok reported Honda WTX10 siphon pump and one gallon fuel can missing from shed. Value of items estimated at $ $470.

Troy Osborn, 41, Wheatland, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class B felony burglary-first degree and unclassified felony armed criminal action. Bond set at $25,000 cash only.

Charges stem from  incident the previous day when St Clair County deputies responded to burglary in progress on South 17th Street, Collins. During investigation it was learned Osborn unlawfully entered residence armed with three knives. Homeowner, Kimberly Aldridge, arrived home and found Osborn and a female inside her residence. There was evidence several items were gone through in the residence.

Female suspect, Michelle Terrell, 38, Wheatland, was taken into custody and later released pending formal charge.

Roy Love, 21, El Dorado Springs, arrested in St. Clair County on Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on  misdemeanor charge of stealing. Bond set at $500 cash only.
