July 2 – Rebecca Callahan, 24, Camdenton, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A felony trafficking of drugs second degree, Bond set at $100,000 cash only.

Charge stems from incident the previous day when St. Clair County deputies assisted the Osceola Police Department with a drug investigation. During investigation over an ounce of methamphetamine located in Callahan’s backpack.

July 3 – Deputy took property damage report on NE 32 Pvt Rd. Kim Froehlich stated he has been renting a residence to individual and they are behind on rent and has not been seen at the residence for a few weeks.

When Froehlich went to clean the residence he noticed cords had been cut on three televisions, several windows were broken and a table with four matching chairs was missing. Total value of stolen and damaged items estimated at $900.

July 5 – Michael Taylor, 27, Deepwater, arrested in Lowry City on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on  class C felony charge of domestic assault-second degree and class D felony resisting arrest by fleeing. Bond set at $10,000 cash only. Charges stem from Lowry City Police Department investigation April 24. Taylor was also arrested on a Clinton Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charge. Bond on that charge $500 cash only.

Brian Hoffman, 47, Blue Springs, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony tampering with a motor vehicle-first degree, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-alcohol and misdemeanor driving while revoked. Bond set at $12,500 cash or surety. Charges stem from Lowry City Police Department investigation on July 4.

July 6 – David Eaton Jr., 42, Lowry City, arrested in Lowry City on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony assault-second degree and class A misdemeanor violation of order of protection for an adult. Bond iset at $15,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from St. Clair County investigation May 10 when deputies dispatched to Lowry City area in reference to violation of an order of protection. During  investigation it was learned Eaton was driving a truck on Hwy 13 and allegedly pulled in front of individual who has order of protection against him. Eaton began hitting his brakes in attempt to cause the individual to wreck.  Individual hit the rear of Eaton’s vehicle and accelerated causing Eaton to spin out of his way.

Kayne Gonzales,20, Lowry City, arrested in Lowry City on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor domestic assault-third degree. Bond set at $2,500 cash or surety. Charges stem from Lowry City Police Department investigation April 20.

July 7 – Zachary Dewey, 27, Appleton City, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony burglary-second degree. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Charge stems from investigation May 18 when deputy took  report from Richard Foster in reference to burglary at Appleton City storage units located at corner of Third and Popular. Foster reported several items missing including a black, refinished trunk containing dishes, photo albums, knives, watches and ashes of his deceased family member. During  investigation several items identified as taken from storage unit were located at Dewey’s former residence on West Second Street, Appleton City, and his new residence on West Hightower Street, El Dorado Springs.

July 8 – Terry Lesmeister, 24, Warrensburg, arrested on probation warrant on three original St. Clair County charges, class B felony burglary-first degree, class C felony theft, and class D felony property damage. Bond set at $10,000 cash only.

Original charges stem from  burglary that occurred at Dains Fish Farm on Hwy H, Schell City, April 12, 2014. Ammunition, cash from register, several rolls of change, and computer and monitor for surveillance system was stolen from store. Damage reported to  front and rear doors.

July 10 – Skyla Carroll, 27, Osceola, arrested on St Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on class A misdemeanor assault third degree. Bond set at $1,000 cash or surety. Warrant issued July 6. Original charge stems from incident March 12 when Carroll allegedly assaulted two individuals at a residence on NE CC Hwy.

Rocky Willis, 38, Osceola, arrested on two St. Clair County warrants and one Dallas County warrant. St. Clair County warrants charge Willis with probation violation on original class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and two class A misdemeanor counts of passing a bad check. Total bond on  St. Clair County warrant is $5,900 cash only. The Dallas County warrant is a no bond warrant charging Willis with probation violation on original class D felony of no valid license third or subsequent offense.

July 11 – Jordan Stillwell, 18, Flemington, arrested on St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on several misdemeanor charges and infractions. Charges include failing to wear safety belt, speeding, failure to register motor vehicle and no insurance. Total bond set at $925 cash only. Charges stem Missouri State Highway Patrol investigations on April 29 and May 1.

Robert Smith, 34, Clinton, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to pay fines on three misdemeanor charges of pursuing/taking/killed/possessed or disposed of wildlife illegally. Total bond is  $1,364 cash only. Charges stem from Missouri Department of Conservation investigation on Dec 11, 2012

Justin King, 24, Springfield,  arrested on St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on seat belt violation and misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Total bond set at $282. Original charges stem from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation April 14.

July 12 – Connor Fritz, 23, Fenton,  arrested on  Franklin County warrant for failing to appear in court on original misdemeanor charge of failing to drive in a single lane. Bond set at $500 cash only. Arrest came after St. Clair County deputy conducted traffic stop on Hwy 13 near Osceola.

Jacob Harper arrested by Osceola Police Department on  warrant for probation violation on original class C felony charge of theft. Warrant issued July 11 and bond is at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from  St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation November 2012 when Melissa Smith reported antique tractor wheels stolen from her mother’s property on CC Hwy.

March 2013 Harper plead guilty to the charge and imposition of sentencing was suspended and he was placed on supervised probation for five years. May 2015 Harper’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to serve five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with the jurisdiction retained by the court.

October 2015 court amended sentence and Harper ordered to serve five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Execution of sentence suspended and Harper placed on supervised probation for five years.

Chastity Hilliard, 27, Bolivar, arrested in St. Clair County on two Bolivar Police Department warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of driving while suspended. Total bond set at $300 cash only. She was transported to the Polk County line where custody was transferred to the Bolivar Police Department.

July 13 – Samuel O’Bryan, 50, Blue Springs, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on class C felony charge of possessing controlled substance. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from  investigation April 9 when St. Clair County deputy made traffic stop on a recreational vehicle that O’Bryan was a passenger in. Vehicle was traveling south on Hwy 13 turning west onto B Hwy and taillights were not working. During investigation a glass pipe with white powdery substance located. Substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

St. Clair County warrant issued for Randy Craig, 58, El Dorado Springs, charging him with class B felony stealing livestock with  value more than $10,000 and class C felony passing a bad check $500 or more. Bond set at $20,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation June 13 when deputy took report on SE 1300 Rd, regarding cattle purchased with bad check. John Fox, manager of the United Producers Inc. livestock auction (Humansville Sale Barn) reported Craig purchased 22 head of cattle for $20,930.70 on June 7. Craig allegedly paid for the cattle using check from account that had insufficient funds.

St. Clair County deputy responded to call of possible stolen vehicle at Shelby’s Gas Station. Employee stated at approximately 5 a.m. several individuals driving Cadillacs pulled in the parking lot. After individuals left an unoccupied newer looking Cadillac was noticed sitting at the gas pumps. Check showed vehicle owned by Thompson Auto Sales, Springfield.  Message left for the company regarding the vehicle. Later the same morning contact made with Thompson Auto Sales who stated the business had been burglarized and individuals stole car keys and several vehicles. Vehicle processed and tow truck was arranged to pick it up. Springfield Police Department investigating the case.

July 14 – Betty Harris, 46, Kansas City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with unclassified misdemeanor driving without a valid license-second offense. Bond set at $237 cash only. Charge stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation October 2012.

Michael Parmalee, 36, Lowry City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for probation violation on original class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Warrant issued July 11 and bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from  incident  July 2014 when Parmalee  arrested following narcotics investigation in Lowry City. Information obtained regarding alleged drug activity occurring at a residence. During investigation, St. Clair County Sheriff’s office deputies and officers from Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force found Parmalee to be in possession of glass pipe containing a white powder that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

July 15 – Micheal Carneal, 44, Sedalia, arrested at St. Clair County Courthouse on Pettis County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance. Warrant issued June 16 and stems from  incident in March. Bond set at $150 cash only.

Kristy Lalonde, 34, Osceola,  arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony possession of controlled substance. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety. Charges stems from incident previous day when Lalonde was taken into custody at St. Clair County jail on  Lowry City Police Department charge. During booking process small pieces of a white crystal like substance was located in her possession. Substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

July 15  – Several St. Clair County deputies along with members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force located $18,060 in cash SE of Rainey. Money found wrapped in a towel in the woods west of the Leland Daggett residence. Money is believed to be associated with drugs.

Information regarding the money obtained after a search for Kenneth Lake; a fugitive with a Federal warrant, was conducted. June 9 Lake spotted on Daggett’s property and fled in a pickup truck to the wooded area west of Daggett’s. Lake then fled on foot carrying the money. He was not apprehended, but was believed to have hidden the money in the woods while fleeing.

Sheriff Keeler explained the money will be turned over in a Federal drug investigation along with another $11,700 that was seized during the investigation at Daggett’s house in June. Formal charges related to the incident are pending.

July 16 – Trisha Zaring, 29, Stockton, arrested on Bolivar Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on original charge of no seat belt. Bond set at $10 cash only. Zaring’s arrest came after a traffic stop initiated on a vehicle she was a passenger in on Hwy 13 near Polk County line.

David Little, 26, Wright City, arrested in St. Clair County on Lincoln County warrant charging him with class B felony distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of controlled substance or attempt to or possess with intent to and two class C felony charges of possessing a controlled substance. Warrant issued on June 17 and stems from incident in March 2013. Bond set at $25,000 cash or surety. Little’s arrest came after St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop in early morning hours on Hwy 54 near K Hwy.

St. Clair County deputy took  burglary report on NE 601 Rd. Marc Guerin reported several items missing from garage on his property. Missing items include two saddles, two new Interstate marine grade batteries, two used car batteries, Napa battery charger,  Primos pop up turkey blind, and  Moultrie game feeder. Total value of items estimated at $1,450. Guerin called back and stated he located one of the saddles and  turkey blind laying in bushes near end of driveway.

Several individuals taken into custody after deputies were dispatched to assist Osceola Police Department with stopping two motorcycles traveling at high rate of speed and failing to yield.

Motorcycles originally traveling northbound on Hwy 13. When they reached Lowry City they turned around and started traveling southbound on Hwy 13. Several deputies joined in attempt to stop vehicles. While passing Hwy 82 speeds reached approximately 135 miles per hour.

Near SE 650 Rd, motorcycles passed truck pulling a trailer with four wheelers. Truck switched lanes in front of deputy and prevented deputy from continuing after fleeing motorcycles. One deputy stopped following the motorcycles and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the truck. Driver of the vehicle failed to yield to the deputy’s emergency lights and sirens and refused to pull over for several miles. Near Polk County line, the driver of the truck slammed on his brakes and came to a complete stop in the middle of the lane. A felony traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Jeremy Schies, 31, Stockton, was arrested and later released pending formal charge. A passenger, Trisha Zaring, was also arrested and taken into custody on an active warrant from Bolivar Police Department for failing to appear in court on a charge of not wearing a seat belt.

Other deputies continued south on Hwy 13 toward Polk County attempting to stop the motorcycles. Two deputies from Polk County attempted a rolling road block and one of the motorcycles went between them and continued south on Hwy 13. As they approached Hwy 32, one motorcycle pulled over and stopped.

A felony traffic stop was conducted on the motorcycle and the operator, Eric Woods, 21, Springfield, taken into custody. Later the same day a warrant was issued for Woods charging him with class D felony resisting arrest by fleeing. Bond set at $12,500 cash or surety. A passenger on the motorcycle, Toni Cannon, 19, Springfield, taken into custody and later released pending formal charge.

The second motorcycle eluded law enforcement and was not apprehended. Driver was identified and formal charges are pending.

July 17 – Randy Craig, 58, El Dorado Springs, arrested in Vernon County on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class B felony stealing livestock with value more than $10,000 and class C felony passing a bad check $500 or more. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

July 17 – St. Clair County deputy took  burglary report near Iconium on NE 656 Pivt Rd. William Martin reported a blue and white 80cc Yamaha Badger, 80cc four-wheeler stolen from his porch. He reported a Sony Play Station with two controllers was also missing. Total value of items estimated at $4,050.

July 18 – Marquice Davis, 48, Kansas City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on class A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while driver’s license is revoked. Warrant issued April 2008 and bond set at $5,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in July 2007.

July 19 – Cody Muncy, 22, Kansas City, arrested on two St. Clair County misdemeanor warrants for exceeding posted speed limit by 11-15 miles per hour and operating vehicle without  valid license. Warrant issued July 6 and stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation  April 2. Total bond  set at $492.
