July 29, Ruby Robinson, 52, Osceola, arrested on NE 100 Rd, on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with four class C felony counts, possessing a controlled substance, burglary second degree and theft/stealing. Total bond set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Robinson’s son, Delbert Gould, 31, Osceola, arrested at same location on St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felony charges, burglary-second degree and theft/stealing. Bond set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Charges on Robinson and Gould stem from incident that occurred in September 2015. October 2015, St. Clair County deputy took burglary report on NE 310 Pvt Road. Michael Gonder reported damage to door of his residence and several items missing from inside including a pair of camouflaged boots, propane bottle, and a power washer. Total value of items stolen estimated at $2,855.

During investigation Robinson and Gould identified utilizing surveillance photos taken from the property. In one photo Gould is wearing the stolen boots and walking with Robinson. Contact made with Robinson at her residence and propane bottle matching the description of one stolen was seized as evidence. While Robinson was being taken into custody a metal can containing a plastic bag with several pills and residue was located in her possession. Items sent to aboratory and residue tested positive for methamphetamine and pills tested positive for oxycodone.

Power washer later located at residence on NE 100 Rd where Robinson was residing.

Derick Greer, 37, arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charge of operating  vehicle without valid license and no seat belt. Total bond set at $282 cash only.

July 31 – David Eaton Jr, 42, Lowry City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony domestic assault-second degree, class C felony possession of a controlled substance, and class D felony resisting arrest for felony. Bond set at $30,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from incident previous day when deputies responded to domestic assault in progress at residence on South Tower Street, Lowry City. Eaton allegedly choked a female on the front porch of residence. Upon arrival of the deputies, Eaton took off running; he was apprehended a short time later lying underneath a truck parked in area. Several items located under the truck where Eaton was hiding. Items include plastic bag containing approximately 1.2 grams of a crystal substance which later field tested positive for methamphetamine, $180 cash, current fishing license, debit card, insurance cardand two Missouri operator’s licenses.

Dawnisha Douglas, 31, Kansas City, arrested at St. Clair County jail on Lee’s Summit Police Department warrant charging her with failing to appear in court on ordinance violation for expired plates. Bond set at $100 cash or surety. The original charge stems from  incident in July 2015.

St. Clair County deputy took reports in reference to property damage that occurred to vehicles parked on NE 1270 Rd, Deepwater. Andrea Gegner, Morgan Gotsch, and  Logan Swaters reported they were attending a party at residence and were parked along the road. Gegner and Gotsch reported mirrors were broken off of their vehicles and Swaters reported a headlight was broken out on his vehicle.

Witnesses stated there were three male subjects walking by the cars. One of the individuals was seen punching a mirror and another car. Suspects were named and investigation ongoing.

Aug. 1 – Rocky Willis, 38, Lowry City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing-creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person. Bond set at $7,500 cash/surety.

Charges stem from incident  June 26 when a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Willis was a passenger in. Willis bailed from the vehicle and was ordered to stop. He refused and kept running. Driver and another passenger in vehicle stated Willis knew he had active felony warrants.

Warrant served Willis at St. Clair County Jail where he has been in custody since July 10 on two St. Clair County warrants and one Dallas County warrant.  St. Clair County warrants charge Willis with probation violation on original class C felony charge of possession of controlled substance and two class A misdemeanor counts of passing bad check. Total bond on St. Clair County warrant is $5,900 cash only. Dallas County warrant is no bond warrant charging Willis with probation violation on original class D felony of no valid license third or subsequent offense.

Aug. 2 – Terry Sieleman, 38, Appleton City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $5,000 cash only. Original charge stems from Appleton City Police Department investigation October 2013.

Aug. 3 –  Victor Bruce, 39, El Dorado Springs, and Charles Gillan, 35, Collins,  taken into custody after St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation at Pilot Truck Stop, Collins. During investigation a black key box with four plastic bags containing a crystal like substance located. Substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. Hypodermic needle that appeared to have been used was  located on Bruce’s person. Formal charges are pending.

Deputy took theft report from Michael Roberts. He reported approximately $75 in change missing from vehicle at his shop on East Fifth Street, Lowry City. Roberts said another vehicle had a key missing. He estimated key would cost approximately $160 to replace. Case forwarded to  Lowry City Police Department for investigation.

Timothy Root, 24, Osceola,  arrested in St. Clair County on two Vernon County warrants for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle in a carless and imprudent manner involving an accident, no insurance and infraction of no seat belt. Total bond i$510 cash only. Warrants issued May 24 and stem from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation April 2.

Aug 3 – St. Clair County warrant  issued for Trevor Tapprich, 35, Quincy, charging him with probation violation on original class C felony of possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture. Bond set at $5,000 cash only. Original charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation July 2013.

St. Clair County warrant  issued for Brent Thomas, 43, Lowry City, charging him with class D felony driving while revoked. Bond set at $5,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation July 8 when deputy made contact with Thomas who had struck a deer with a vehicle he was driving. The investigation revealed Thomas had four prior offenses for driving while revoked or suspended.

Aug 4 – Deputy took theft report on SE 401 Rd. Caretaker of  property, Billy Puckett, reported five bags of corn feed, two metal feed buckets, can of nuts and bolts and can of fencing steeples missing.  Puckett stated all items were inside the horse trailer they use to store the feed.

Jamie Woodall (Noble), 46, Independence, arrested at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s office on three Jackson County warrants for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges. Bond oset at $2,000 cash or surety.

St. Clair County warrant issued for Charles Gillian, 35, Collins, charging him with class C felony possession of controlled substance. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Aug. 5 – Misty Bennink, 35, Lowry City, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault on law enforcement officer and class A misdemeanor resisting arrest. Bond  set at $20,000 cash or surety.

Charges stem from investigation in early morning hours the same day when St. Clair County deputy responded to call of a suspicious vehicle in parking lot at Shelby’s, Lowry City. Contact made with Bennink and she became belligerent and knocked  flashlight out of the deputy’s hand. She made a fist and swung it in an attempt to assault the deputy. During incident Bennink assaulted  deputy several times and refused directives given from deputy. Pepper spray and taser were both used to subdue Bennink.

St. Clair County warrant issued for Joshua Bohannon, 32, Osceola, charging him with class D felony driving while revoked. Bond  set at $5,000 cash or surety. Charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation June 11 when traffic stop conducted on vehicle he was driving. Investigation revealed Bohannon had three prior offenses for driving while revoked or suspended.
