I can’t think of a better way to start Music in Our Schools month. While many students and faculty members were in bed, members of the Bulldog Band braved the cold morning air and loaded a bus for Stockton HS to compete at the MSHSAA District Solo & Ensemble Festival.  Here are the results:

These kids have worked so hard over the last four weeks. The students and groups who earned the Exemplary Ratings will advance to compete at State!  We are very proud of them and we look forward to still hearing and working on these pieces to compete at the State Solo and Ensemble Festival in Columbia on April 25.

Music is alive and well in El Dorado Springs. I hear the choir did had a great showing as well, but I’ll let Ms. Fleming do that update.
