ECS COOK, MRS. DIXIE CHRISTENSEN RETIRES

Mrs. Dixie Christensen from El Dorado Christian School is retiring after more than 20 years of service to the school. Dixie taught for 20 years at ECS and has served for the past 3 1/2 years as the school cook. It is estimated that she has served over 24,000 meals to students during those years. Dixie also has made all of the pies for the annual school chili supper and auction for the past several years. She has an amazing servant’s heart, and ECS will greatly miss her warm smile and delicious meals. Thank you, Mrs. Christensen, for everything you have done for ECS. You are very appreciated.
