Robert Jansen is coming to El Dorado Springs from Warsaw where he taught one year and will teach Social Studies and assisting in coaching football. Robert received his Bachelors of Arts in Education from Southwest Baptist University.

Shannon Gray is a local to this area and graduated from Northeast Vernon County. Shannon will teach Vocal Music and has taught music for two years at Crane R-III. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Music.

Joel Ybarra is from Mound Valley, KS, and attended Labette County High School in Altamont, KS. He attended Labette Community College in Parsons, KS, from 2006 to 2008. Joel transferred to Pittsburg State University and received his Bachelors of Science in Education in 2012 and then pursued and completed his Masters in Communication in 2014. Joel will teach Speech and Debate and Theatre.

Joel Braden is returning to El Dorado Springs as the A+ Coordinator and head basketball coach. Joel had previously taught Business and coached from 2009 to 2012 before leaving the district. Joel was the District Coach of the year in 2014 whit a record of 122 and 84. Joel will head up the A+ program as well as work with credit recovery through Odysseyware.

Jordan White comes to us from Seneca where he has been the Assistant Band Director for the last four years. Jordan graduated from Pitt State University with a degree in Instrumental and Vocal Music. Jordan has received his Masters of Music majoring in wind Conducting.

Spencer Greathouse is a recent graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Spencer will teach Algebra II, Calculus, College Algebra and Trigonometry. Spencer is moved to El Dorado Springs from Canyon, TX.

Jordan Peace recently graduated from the University of Missouri where she received her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education majoring in Secondary Chemistry. She went to school in North Callaway where her father is currently teaching. Jordan will teach Chemistry I and II and Physics.

Holly Gemes has taught Social Studies the last four years at North Shelby High School. She will enter her 10th year of teaching and coaching. Holly graduated from Truman State University with a BA in History and received her Masters Degree in Secondary Education Social Studies in 2007. Holly will teach World History.
