NATHAN BRYSON – El Dorado Christian School recognizes senior Nathan Thomas Bryson as a member of the Class of 2026. Nathan is the son of Eric Bryson and Sheila Bryson and brother to Tommie Freir. Having joined ECS two years ago after moving from Texas, Nathan brings with him a variety of life and school experiences that have helped shape who he is today.
Nathan credits his family as a steady influence in his life. He shares that his mother has always worked hard and taught him the difference between right and wrong, while his father pushed him to improve—especially in his studies—challenging him to do better.
Many of Nathan’s extracurricular experiences took place prior to his time at ECS, where he was involved in football, track, student council, and the National Honor Society. Those experiences, along with his transition to a new school and community, have given him a broader perspective as he’s navigated his high school years. One of his favorite memories is a simple but meaningful one—going sledding with friends during a teacher’s class, a moment of fun he won’t forget.
While at ECS, Nathan has built relationships that have impacted him, especially with Mrs. Bailey. He shares that she has been someone he could talk to, who listened well and showed genuine care for her students.
Outside of school, Nathan has spent time working at Subway and has also been involved in volunteer service. Through these experiences, he has discovered that he enjoys helping others and being involved in his community.
Nathan reflects thoughtfully on his faith journey. Having attended Christian schools throughout his life, he recognizes that each experience has been different and has contributed in its own way. A verse that has stayed with him is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Looking ahead, Nathan plans to pursue a future as an auctioneer, a path that fits his personality and interests. He is also considering entering the police force, with the goal of helping others and eventually becoming a detective.
As Nathan prepares for graduation, he leaves ECS with a unique journey behind him and a future full of possibilities ahead. With the right focus and determination, his potential can take him far as he steps into the next chapter of life.
CHEROKEE FOGLE – A Steady Leader Rooted in Faith and Hard Work
As El Dorado Christian School celebrates the Class of 2026, senior Cherokee Fogle is recognized as a young man whose high school journey has been shaped by perseverance, teamwork, and a growing faith.
Cherokee is the son of Justin and Summer Fogle, and brother of Dakotah. During his five years at ECS, Cherokee has built meaningful relationships that have left a lasting impact on his life. Among those, his time as part of the basketball team stands out most. Being part of a team that achieved the milestone of winning a state championship created not only unforgettable memories, but also strong bonds with teammates—friendships forged through hard work, trust, and shared success.
In the classroom and beyond, Cherokee has been influenced by those who lead by example. He shares a deep respect for his teacher Mr Altheide, who consistently gives his all to the school and its students. Their dedication has inspired him to strive for excellence and to give his best in return.
Outside of school, Cherokee has taken on significant responsibility through his work on a farm. This experience has taught him valuable life lessons about discipline, care, and accountability. Whether tending to daily tasks or managing responsibilities, he has developed a strong work ethic that will serve him well in the future.
Cherokee’s time at El Dorado Christian School has also played an important role in his spiritual growth. He reflects that attending a Christian school has helped him build a closer connection with God, while also strengthening his relationships with friends who share his faith. COREY FREY – El Dorado Christian School is proud to recognize senior Corey Frey, whose time at ECS has been marked by meaningful relationships, personal growth, and a strong sense of faith.
Corey, the son of Tom and Liesa Frey, has spent the past two years at ECS. He is part of a large and supportive family, including his siblings Cody, Brandon, Brianna, and Casey Frey. Among those who have influenced him most is his mother, whom he describes as a strong Christian role model and someone he looks up to in both life and faith.
During his time at ECS, Corey has found joy in the classroom—especially in Home Economics. He shared that cooking made the class especially enjoyable and memorable. Outside of academics, Corey has participated in track, building both discipline and perseverance through athletics.
The friendships Corey has formed have been a highlight of his high school experience. He especially values the relationships he’s built with friends Payton Lawson, Lexy Zartman, and Carter Judd, who have made lasting impressions on his life.
Spiritually, Corey reflects on the positive impact of being part of a Christian school community. He noted that being surrounded by a strong, faith-centered environment has helped shape his beliefs and encouraged his growth. One verse that has stood out to him during his time at ECS is Isaiah 58:11, a reminder of God’s guidance and provision.
Looking ahead, Corey plans to attend Evangel University, where he intends to major in film. With a creative path in front of him and a strong foundation behind him, Corey is prepared to take the next step in his journey.

AVERY KEITH – As graduation approaches, El Dorado Christian School proudly recognizes senior Avery Keith, whose eight-year journey at ECS has been marked by faith, perseverance, and meaningful relationships.
Avery is the daughter of Linda and Jeff Chambers and shares a close bond with siblings Austin, Javen, Otis, and Leo. Family has played a significant role in shaping Avery’s life, especially the influence of a great-grandfather whose strong Christian faith and unwavering support left a lasting impact. “He paved the way for me as a child,” Avery shared, reflecting on the legacy that continues to guide her own walk of faith.
During her time at ECS, Avery found not only academic growth but also encouragement from teachers who made a difference. One such influence was Mrs. Stewart, who provided a listening ear and a safe, supportive environment. “She is open to listening and creates a safe place to spill my problems,” Avery said.
Outside the classroom, Avery stayed active in baseball, track, and gymnastics, building teamwork skills and lasting memories. Some of her favorite moments include lighthearted times with friends—playing games like hide-and-seek or even volleyball during walking class—memories that highlight the joy and camaraderie of her high school years.
Avery has also gained valuable life lessons through work and responsibility. She shared that stepping into new challenges can be intimidating at first, but perseverance leads to growth and reward. “Even though it can be scary at first, you just have to push through, and the reward will be greater,” he explained.
Faith has been a cornerstone of Avery’s experience at ECS. Being surrounded by peers who share similar beliefs has strengthened her relationship with Christ. A verse that has been especially meaningful to him is Psalm 28:7: “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise Him.”
Looking ahead, Avery plans to enter the workforce after graduation, with goals of gaining independence and eventually pursuing college studies in business.

CAMREN REASONER – El Dorado Christian School is proud to spotlight senior Camren Reasoner, a student whose dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to both his faith and community have shaped his high school journey.
Camren, the son of Michael and Michelle Reasoner, has been a part of El Dorado Christian School for 13 years. He shares a close bond with his siblings, Abigail and Breann Reasoner, and credits his family—especially his father—as a major influence in his life. Camren shares that his father has taught him valuable life lessons, instilled a strong work ethic, and encouraged him to push through challenges with perseverance.
Throughout his time at ECS, Camren has made many lasting memories. One of the most memorable highlights of his high school career was being part of the basketball team that won the state championship this past season—an accomplishment that reflects both his dedication and teamwork.
Camren has stayed active in a wide variety of extracurricular activities and sports. He has participated in soccer for one year, cross country for one year, track and field for five years, and basketball for seven years. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with friends, including trail riding and other outdoor activities.
The relationships Camren has built have been especially meaningful. He shares that he has been blessed with many great friendships over the years, with two standing out the most—his relationship with his girlfriend Addie and his close friendship with Jackson.
In addition to academics and athletics, Camren has also gained valuable experience through hands-on work. When not at school, he has spent much of his time working, developing practical skills in areas such as construction, heavy machinery, electrical work, mechanics, and woodworking. These experiences have helped prepare him for his future and strengthened his sense of responsibility.
Camren reflects on the positive impact ECS has had on his faith, noting that the school has provided him with close Christian friendships, a supportive environment, and caring teachers. A Bible verse that has been especially meaningful to him is 2 Corinthians 12:9–10, a reminder of finding strength through faith.
After graduation, Camren plans to attend lineman school at State Tech, with the goal of pursuing a career with a local power corporation.

MADISON JORDAN SHIPP – El Dorado Christian School is proud to recognize senior Madison Jordan Shipp, a young woman whose perseverance, leadership, and faith have shaped her seven years at ECS.
Maddie is the daughter of Tommy and Amber Bowen and is surrounded by a large and supportive family, including her siblings Isaac, Alivia, Makayla, Alizabeth, Addyson, Bentley, and Tinley. When reflecting on the people who have influenced her most, Maddie points to her mother, whose strength and perseverance have left a lasting impression. “No matter what was happening, she always loved me and pushed me to do my best.”
During her time at ECS, Maddie has been actively involved in both academics and extracurricular activities. She has demonstrated strong leadership, serving as Student Council Treasurer for one year and Class President for two years. Athletically, she has been a dedicated participant in cross country (3 years), volleyball (4 years), basketball (4 years), and track (5 years), showing commitment and determination both on and off the court.
Maddie credits her teachers and staff for playing a significant role in her growth. She shares that Mrs. Stewart helped her learn how to handle emotions and push forward through challenges, while Mrs. Natalie made a lasting impact through her kindness, always willing to pray with her and offer encouragement.
Outside of school, Maddie has taken on responsibility by babysitting for many families throughout her high school years, gaining valuable life skills and experience.
Her time at ECS has also strengthened her faith. Maddie says attending a Christian school has encouraged her spiritual growth and helped her build friendships rooted in shared beliefs. A verse that has been especially meaningful to her is Jeremiah 29:11, reminding her of God’s plan and purpose for her life.
After graduation, Maddie plans to attend Crowder College in Nevada to pursue a degree in nursing, where she hopes to continue serving others with compassion and care.
As Madison Jordan Shipp prepares to take the next step in her journey, ECS celebrates her accomplishments and looks forward to seeing all that God has in store for her future.
