FFA HOSTS HEROES AGAINST HUNGER 4K RUN/WALK – The FFA hosted The Heroes Against Hunger 4k Run/Walk on Oct. 15 and had over 20 participants. The race started at Woods parking lot and went through the new sidewalks in town. The FFA raised over $700 to give the local food pantry. The FFA understands that there is a need in our community for food so this event was created to help solve hunger in our town. Did you know that one in seven Americans struggles to get enough too eat? In fact, hunger on food insecurity exists in virtually every community in the United States. Will you help us fight these statistics? The 4k was just one way to help solve local hunger. You can make a difference.
