Roscoe letter to parents

Dear Parents,

Summer is quickly coming to a close and with that it is time to think about the upcoming school year. Back- to-School night will be Monday, August 16th from 6:00- 7:00pm. The first day of school is August 17th.  Bus drivers will be contacting you a couple of days before schools starts with pick up and drop off times.

We will have a short TITLE 1 meeting at 6:00. Then students will be able to drop off their supplies and meet their teachers. We do have three new teachers this year, so I encourage you to come and meet our new staff.

I am enclosing a school supply list and school calendar. Tax free weekend is August 5th -7th.  Please DO NOT purchase mechanical pencils. The lead damages our floors and cannot be cleaned up with just mopping. We want our school to look clean all year long. Thank you for your cooperation.
