The El Dorado Springs boys basketball team started their week with a trip to Lockwood. The game was a defensive battle with the Bulldogs trailing 28-22 at the half. The Bulldogs turned up the defense even more in the second half allowing only 13 points and came away with a 45-41 win. Clayton Collins led the team with 15 points and Ian Esry added 13.

The Bulldogs then traveled to Warsaw for a conference matchup. Again the game was close throughout and the Bulldogs trailed 24-23 at the half. El Dorado could not make a second comeback and lost to Warsaw 56-53. Ian Esry had 23 points and Gaven Morgan added 12.

The Bulldogs host two conference games, Butler and Buffalo, this week. El Dorado is currently 9-11 overall and 3-2 in conference play.
