The El Dorado Christian School Junior High Boys Basketball team wrapped up its season with an impressive showing at the MoKan Junior High Basketball Tournament, finishing with a 3–1 record and winning the consolation game.

Nine junior high teams competed in the tournament, making for a competitive and challenging field. The Buffalos rose to the occasion, demonstrating growth and determination throughout the weekend. Most notably, the team earned victories over two opponents they had not defeated during the regular season — a clear sign of the progress they made as the season unfolded.

In addition to their strong finish on the court, the Buffalos were also awarded the tournament’s Sportsmanship Trophy. The honor reflects the character, respect, and Christ-centered attitude the players displayed in every game.

Under the leadership of coaches Tommy Bowen and Cory Gayman, the team showed perseverance, teamwork, and steady improvement from start to finish. Their performance at MoKan was a fitting conclusion to a season marked by hard work and dedication.
