BULLDOGS GET FOOTBALL AWARDS – On a bitterly cold Saturday, Dec. 17, Bulldog parents carried in a bountiful dinner to the Multi-Purpose Room which a near capacity crowd enjoyed before Coach Derek Scroggins and his team of coaches presented awards to their top players. Before that, Coaches Scroggins, David Carpenter, Travis Payne and Robert Jansen called each of their players forward and spoke highly of them. As they left the stage, each one had a smile on his face. Local awards Coach Scroggins handed out were: (from left) Wyatt Graves – Offensive Line MVP, Ethan Dubois – Bulldog Award (team MVP), Riley Boyd – Defensive MVP, Dayton Austin – Offensive MVP, Jake Schieffer – Defensive Back MVP, Dagan McIntire – Most Improved Player, Trey Babcock – Most Valuable Linebacker, Keilan Jaques – Most Valuable Defensive Line and Rising Star Award and Trenton Hardie – Offensive Back MVP.
DALTON FULLER – and each of the other seniors on the Bulldog football team received a helmet in a glass case during the awards banquet on Saturday. Dalton and his family are grateful for the four years he spent on the team.
