Cross Country runners do great at state

Thank you so much for all of your support as we headed to the state cross country meet a few days ago.

Tyler Goatley finished 4th in the state. It was a great race between the top 5 and on any given day, any one of them could have won.

If you haven’t already heard, our girls team (Michaela Trotter, Ashley Knoll, Emily Ring, Abby Cartwright, Sarah King and Emily Sutton) went in seeded 14th and finished 11th as a team, just 24 points out of 7th. Really pleased with that considering, Ashley Knoll is the only one to have experienced the state meet before.

Ashley Knoll ended up finishing with all-state honors (top 25) finishing 12th avenging her 26th place finish last year.  They all ran great and did ElDo proud.  Again, thank you for all of your support.
