This year the El Dorado Springs High School cross country not only showed their competitive edge on the cross country course, but also put forth incredible efforts in the classroom as well. This year the cross country team saw 13 athletes receive Cross Country Academic All-State Honors, seven girls and six boys. To be chosen for this honor, student-athletes not only have to show great success on the cross country in the post season, but also carry a 3.6 cumulative, unweighted, GPA for the semester while doing so. So these are the following student-athletes who earned this honor: (Girls) Morgan Mitchell, Kenli Rader, Hannah Klaiber, Colbie Wood, Myka Barger, Audrey Goatley and Olivia Graves (Boys) Daelen Ackley, James King, Connor Goatley, Garrett Klaiber, Blayze McCullough and Kyan Roberts. Congratulations to these individuals on their great excellence not only on the cross country course but also in the classroom.
