“I thought we played really well against a good Lamar team.  They are a very good hitting team, and I thought Hunter did a great job of attacking their hitters.”

Eldo 7 Skyline 2

Karson Burley worked five strong innings holding Skyline to one run.  Marcus Mossman came in to throw the final two innings.  Five Bulldogs had hits against Skyline.  Cooper Greathouse and Grady Crews had big nights offensively getting two hits a piece.

“Karson did exactly what I asked him to do.  We were short on pitching and we needed  Karson to eat a lot of innings. Cooper had a big double in the 5th inning, eventually coming around to score.  It was good to see Grady get the bat going again tonight.  We need him to produce in our line-up.  We did what we had to do on a cool night.  It was our third game of the week.  It is great to start 3-0 at home!”
