SAFE AT THIRD –  Trevyn Garringer stole third from the Ash Grove Pirates in the Varsity Bulldogs game Friday at home. Coach Jeremy Barger said, “We got off to a very rough start on the mound walking four straight to start the game. But a double play helped limit them to only one run in that inning. We also struggled with the bats early on. I felt like we were starting to pick it up about the time the rain came and we were down 3-2. Since we did not complete the 5th inning the game is not complete. So at this point it does not count. We will try to reschedule if possible.”
