News from Harwood and area

Jewell and Helen Ellerman had dinner at the El Dorado Springs Senior Center on Friday, March 3. It was Fried Chicken Friday. They have it on the first Friday of every month.

The Harwood and Schell City area had a very bad storm late Tuesday evening, Feb. 28. They had rain, hail, wind and a very bad thunderstorm. They were also under a tornado warning for a while.

Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, March 4. Brother Jon Caudle Sr.’s sermon was taken from Psalm 1.

Several from the Harwood and Schell City area have been sick from colds and the flu. Some people have had it the second time around.
