Dear young men of Cedar County:

I appreciate the values that you have chosen to learn. The people that you are remembering cared in many ways the same about their brothers and sisters and their patriotism.

I feel it is important for young men to be recognized and honored for their outstanding achievements.

You have warmed many hearts and made many proud of the choices and responsibilities  of this rememberance.

In short…. I am proud of you and your leaders. In fact, I feel you represent your community with pride. I feel young men such as your selves will demonstrate   examples for others to follow.

Thank you all involved.
