The Cedar County Ambulance District met Monday, April 15, with all present: Ruesy Norval – chair, Nadine Sinclair – vice chair, Keith Kasco – sec/treas., Diane Johnaon and Evelyn Boyle.

No one applied for the vacant position in District 5.

There was nothing out of order in the financial report.

In the manager’s report, Tom Ryan said that Ambulance 714 is in the shop again on something that possibly should have been fixed when it was there initially. Pyment for repairs has been withheld until this is resolved to the board’s satisfaction.

The problems with the building have been corrected for the most part. The conractor has expressed a desire to sign off at the end of April but the board agreed that a moton and vote would need to be taken at the May meeting.

Unfinished business: Sinclair has purchased two reflective markers for $4.50 each. Tom Ryan said he would see that they got set.

Anterior has come and got their Internet equipment. We are no opening email with the CMH guest account which if quite adequate.

We are committed to Cintas, the cleaning service, until 2021, but the bill has been pared down to $24 per month which includes outdoor rubber mats and mop heads.

The board voted to increase the travel and meetings portion of the budget from $500 to $1,000 to cover the cost of the MOAA seminar Attendees will be Rusty Norval and Diane Johnson.
