Approve Agenda: A motion was made by Boyle, to approve agenda with changes, seconded by Norval, 4 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried. Changes include adding Board Member Request to New Business.
Approve minutes of previous meeting: June 15, 2022 and July 18, 2022. A motion was made by Norval, seconded by Boyle, to approve the minutes of the June and July meetings, 3 ayes, 0 nays, 1 abstention. Jordan was not here. Motion carried

Manager’s Report: No issues with the ambulances, no issues with the building.
The new truck is finally here.
Eason was contacted to install two heat/air units at $3,100 each for the bays. He is also going to fix it so we can heat and cool the residential part of the building separately from the business side of the building. A motion was made to accept this offer by Johnson, seconded by Boyle, 4 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
The commissioners have covid cash set aside for us, but we need still need to re-apply for some things.
There was discussion about accessories for 714 transfer truck. Stryker cot, lucas machine, and other necessary items. A motion was made by Boyle, and seconded by Johnson, to approve purchase of equipment up to $55,000.00 maximum expenditure, 4 aye, 0 nays, motion carried.

Robert Graves has taken a job that requires him to be at work from 3-11 pm and has asked if we could hold the meetings at noon. There was some discussion. No vote was taken at this time.
