El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity took the lead late in the game in a 14-13 victory over Humansville on Sept. 25. The game was tied at 12 with El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity batting in the top of the seventh when Kortney Farris singled off of White, driving in two runs.

ElDo collected 12 hits and Humansville had 15 in the high-scoring affair.

Humansville took an early lead in the first inning. Humansville scored one run when Culbertson singled with one out in the first inning.

Humansville scored six runs in the third inning. Humansville’s big inning was driven by a single by White, a walk by Coble, a stolen base and a single by Brewer.

Allyson Snodgrass earned the win for ElDo  She went seven innings, surrendering 13 runs, 15 hits and striking out six. White took the loss for Humansville. She tossed seven innings, surrendering 15 runs, 12 hits and striking out five.

Payton Babcock, Jace Cundiff, Kaitlyn Herbst, and Kortney Farris each collected multiple hits for El Dorado Springs. Cundiff and Babcock each managed three hits to lead the Bulldog ladies..

White, Burrow, Culbertson, Brewer and Hoskins each collected multiple hits for Humansville.Culbertson led Humansville with three runs batted in. She went 3-for-4 on the day. Humansville stole seven bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Coble led the way with three.
