Message from the Chief Deputy
Farm Equipment on the Road
It’s that time of year again farmers will be on and off the roadways with large equipment. Please use extra caution and patience when traveling in rural areas.
Remember:
Slow down when approaching farm equipment.
Only pass when it’s safe and legal.
Give them plenty of room these machines are wide and may make sudden turns.
Our farmers are working hard this season let’s do our part to keep everyone safe on the road.
Chief Deputy
Clay Jeffries
