Charles Loren Budd, 67, El Dorado Springs, passed away Sept. 1, 2017. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Sept. 5, in the Stockton Christian Church. Burial followed in Mound Cemetery under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
