Annabelle Lee (Weber) Spencer, age 94, of Nevada, Missouri, went peacefully to her heavenly home on December 7, 2020, surrounded by family. She was born Sept. 12, 1926, to George Irl and Stella Weber. She attended school in both Missouri and California and helped raise her four younger siblings after the death of her mother.
