Thelma Joanne (Croy) Smith, 83, of El Dorado Springs, left her beloved home for her heavenly home on Saturday afternoon, March 16, 2019, as her family sang “Because He Lives.” Thelma was born on July 15, 1935, in Linneus, MO, the third daughter of Rev. Goldie Alline (Yeokum) Thornton was born Oct. 2, 1926 in Mulberry, KS. She was the fifth of nine siblings born to John Walter and Ruby Pearl (Jackson) Yeokum. On Sunday March 17, 2019 at the age of 92, Goldie passed from this life and joined all of her siblings and her parents in Heaven. She
