The El Dorado Springs High School Class of 1966 will hold its 50th class reunion on Friday, July 22, in the Spring City Venue (upstairs in Carl’s Gun Shop) beginning at 6 p.m. RSVP and $15 per person for dinner is due by Thursday, July 14. Call 417/296-2127 for more details.

The Picnic committee is very happy to announce that CountyLiners will be the street dance band performing on July 20 after Picnic set up. The street dance will begin at approximately 8pm and will be located in the street directly across from the community center on Spring St.

Picnic set up will begin at 6pm on Wednesday, July 20. Trailers should plan on arriving early, preferable 30 minutes to an hour. Check in with committee members immediately upon arriving. The 2016 baby contest will be held in the Opera House Theater. Registration will open at the bandstand in the park at 9am and will close at 9:55am. All flowers, figurines or other items on the ground, not mounted on stones, need to be removed from the El Dorado Springs City Cemetery by Tuesday, July 5.

For the month of June only we will host our community meal Sunday, June 26 at the El Dorado Springs RII Elementary Cafeteria. The meal will start at 6 p.m., and everyone in the community is invited.
