Bass tournament Saturday on Lake Stockton

American Bass Anglers Division 126 will hold a regular qualifying tournament June 25 on Stockton Lake launching out of Old State Park. Frogging can be done with a gig, as shown here, and the use of artificial light is permitted. Children under the age of 16 are not required to have a permit. Froggers can use a bare hand (called grabbing), hook and line (with colored cloth on the hook), gig, bow and arrow or a gun.
