Marjorie Mae (Jones) Smith, 95, of Bolivar, formerly of El Dorado Springs, passed away May 14, 2019. Services were held on Saturday, May 18, in Bland-Hackleman Chapel. Robert (Bob) Dean Smith, 89, born Nov. 20, 1929, went to be with his Heavenly Father on May 5, 2019. He is survived by his wife Frances C. Bill Roll, 85, of rural El Dorado Springs, passed away peacefully at his home on May 7, 2019, under the care of his loving daughter, Eunice. He is the middle child of 14 children born to Mike and Rosa (Reichert) Roll on the family farm eight miles north of Burt, ND, on March 22, 1934.

Claudia Patricia (VanBummel) Hardison, 68, passed away at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, on Friday, April 26, 2019, after a short battle with cancer. She was born on May 17, 1950, in Carthage to Glenn and Leora (Murphey) VanBummel. Claudia lived in the Lamar area until 1957 when her family moved to El Dorado Springs.
