Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made seven arrests and recovered a stolen vehicle during the week of Oct. 22-29, 2018. Warrant Arrests Sarah Stroud- On Oct. 28, Sarah Stroud, 23, Sugar Creek, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Clay County warrant charging her with a class D felony stealing- motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft.
