July 19 – Cody Muncy, 22, Kansas City arrested on two St. Clair County misdemeanor warrants for exceeding the posted speed limit by 11-15 miles per hour and operating vehicle without valid license. Warrant issued July 6 and stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation April 2. Total bond  set at $492. July 20 –
