Queen Toliver – Libby Toliver is the daughter of Darren and Kristi Toliver. She is 17 years old and has been in 4H for the last 10 years. She proudly represents the Cherry Valley where she has served as president. Libby wants to be a role model for those around her, because showing is more than just about the cattle. Its a family adventure, a tradition for the county, and a place to make lifelong friends. Libby can be found in a cheerleading costume during the school year, or playing in the Bulldog Band. She is involved in FFA, Show Choir, and numerous other community service activities. She will serve as the queen this year, representing the Fair during the livestock shows and other events when needed. Congratulations Libby Toliver!
