4th of July family get together

The family gathered at Dakota and Kyra Newman and Gary and Debra Jones homes at 4 o’clock.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Newman and Julie and family of Stockton; Chase and Felecia Jones and Thea and Jack and Mary Lady of El Dorado Springs.

Big time visiting and cooking going on from two kitchens, a grill of fresh corn, pulled pork was being fixed. Larry was making a special recipe  of potatoes. Hot dogs were ready and a bountiful table was set by Kyra.

A small water pool was available for whoever. Four wheelers and bicycle riders were there.

The 2 1⁄2 years old Jase Hunter Newman came to Grandma Lady, told her I go swim naked in pool and he did, lots of laughs.

We enjoyed Garry’s home made ice cream and Kyra’s blackberry cobbler, thank to neighbors for blackberries.

We all ate too much and enjoyed fireworks.
