BOOK DONATION – Library employee, LeAnnis Fox (right) and Lynda Bishop, representing the Cedar-Vernon County Genealogical Society, display a collection of books the Genealogical Society donated to the El Dorado Springs Public Library Genealogy Dept.

“This new collection was purchased by the Cedar-Vernon County Genealogical Society and donated to the library in an effort to expand the resources available for those who are researching their ancestry in the colonial and pre-colonial period,” said Namcy Thompson, treasurer and program coordinator.
