Fire report for week of Aug. 16

On Monday, Aug. 17, at 5:43 p.m. the fire department was dispatched to a vehicle fire on N. Main St. Fire was out on arrival. One truck and 10 firefighters responded.

On Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 6:24 p.m. the fire department was dispatched on a mutual aid vehicle accident with the Milo Fire Department in Vernon County. Two trucks and 12 firefighters responded.

On Friday, Aug. 21, at 5:09 p.m. the dept. was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 82 in St. Clair County. The chief cancelled the incident after arriving. Two trucks and eight firefighters were responding.
